The worse place to go! I'm telling everyone I know to never go there. The service sucks and when they do come around to take your order and repeat it to you (I was in the drive thru) they get it all wrong! The girl who calls herself Reba (could not tell because she had no name tag) repeats the way I wanted my coffee only to get it wrong. I ten repeat the way I want my coffee and still gets it wrong. So I repeat it again, she then yells in her microphone my order and said yes plus I want an ice cap. She does not respond to let me know if she heard that I also wanted and ice cap. Dead silence. She turned off her microphone. I then pull up to the window to pay and hope she heard that I wanted an ice cap with my coffee. She comes to the window and hands me the coffee and said that I wanted to add to my order an ice cap. She then closed the window and gets it done and says the price. I had the money to her and she slams the window she looks to her supervisor and you can tell that she's talking about me. She then gets my change and I then told her that she had a bad attitude. She rolls her eyes and talks to her boss before she hands me my change. Her boss then opens the window and wanted to know what the problem was. I started to explain to her boss what happened and asked what her name was so I could make a complain to the owner. She (Reba) then comes to the window and yells her name. She said my name is Reba, my name is Reba, go ahead and complain now move out of here, move. Do I believe her name is Reba no but I intend to talk to the owner or directly to the Tim Hortons head office about this place and this person. I can give them the time and date and they can figure out who this so called Reba is. I will never go back to this place. Their scanner didn't work, forcing me to go inside to get my order because I had a promo code through the app. once inside, insisted I wait to re-place my order and then they tried to hand me the order I placed in the drive thru which was now cold. Once I asked them to remake it they refused unless it was cold. I took out one sandwich and felt it and took a bite of the second one and it was luke-warm, so I asked them to remake it. Gave major attitude, closed the telecom but heard back talking, and then when I said I what I wanted again and she cut me off and said that's it (in french only, even though I was talking in English).
