Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

I hate giving these kind of reviews but I felt after my experience here I needed to.

AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you are getting a drink.

I went to this Tim Hortons before going to a parc to relax with my girlfriend and ordered a grilled chicken wrap. I VERY specifically and clearly asked that they dont add any dairy products, specifically cheese and bacon. Mind you I asked in both French and English in case she misunderstood. The cashier who took my order apparently did not understand a single thing I said because it took a minute or 2 before she finally understood my order. After finally ordering my sandwich my girlfriend went to use the washroom which was being occupied by someone SMOKING and spraying an obnoxious cologne in the stall. I told this to the staff and they did not care. Instead we just waited for my food and left without using the washroom. When I finally got to eating my food it had bacon, cheese and ranch dressing. How hard is it to NOT add and an ingredient in a snadwhich??? Its not like I asked for gluten free bread or for them to make sure I had some special ingredients added. I understand we are in a very difficult time right now but it took them more effort to mess up my order than it would have actually took them to actually make it properly. I am lactose intolerant and I cannot properly digest pork so I wanted a chicken sandwich for this reason without any of these ingredients. Extremely disappointed with the service here since the cashier appeared to be lost in her own world, would do better not working cash if this is the outcome. I dont expect much from Tim Hortons but this is silly. Would give 0...

March 14th 2019 ( around 6pm ) : On my last visit, the entire place was "discusting" and full of garbage on the floor... and the garbage cans were full as well with no one who though of emptying it ( I was on the line up for more then 7-10 min. ) There were 3 cash boots available but only 1 person was working with more then 6 people walking around ( not sure what they were doing ). The rep ( a black young lady ) welcomed me "questionnably" with no smile... stared at me as if I was a "thief" or something...oh boy. No "hello" .. or "Hi Sir"... nada. Pityful. After I made the order, she didn't asked me if I wanted anything else. She just said " So it's a coffe and a donut right?" and made the order. Usually, someone who was properly trained should say " Is there anything else you need sir?" which is the minimum you should know in customer service. But oh well. After she gave me my coffee and my donut, there was no " Thank you sir" or anything. A very "poor" customer services without mentionning the "disgusting" floor and entire place badly administered by "sloppy" management I guess. I'd like to give a - 10 stars but the lowest I can go is 1...

Im just coming down from a long night and im hungry, I come to the tim hortons at 4:23am, I order a Wrap Sausage and Bacon, the man says he will check if they have enough ingredients to make 2 wraps. He says he’s got them, i repeat my order just to make sure, it’s #8 right? He then repeats Wrap sausage and bacon yes. I get my wraps im going home. At home i open my wrap and i take a bite immediately noticing the forgotten BACON. Literally the only reason i went to tims is bc they do sausage egg and bacon, or else i would have gone to mcdonalds. And i love the chipotle sauce so. Horrible. The guy said he had enough and said he would do our order just for me to get home and notice my bacon is missing. Disappointed. PLUS i had to pay the amount for that specific order so basically, they robbed...
