Food is tasty but service is lacking. Not because the bad manners but there is only one gentleman, servicing 2 rooms, full of customers. I saw a family of 8, get up and leave because they were nit served. One of them got up to pick up menus in order to save time but after about 20 minutes, they left. I was by myself and ordered 1 dish, another family came in, they seem to know the owner and they got their, two dishes before me. I got up and complained. Service exécrable. Je m'explique: commande faite à 8h02 et on nous annonce que cela prendra 25 minutes, mais cela arrive 1h plus tard. Pas d'excuses du restaurant et le livreur arrive avec SEULEMENT la moitié de la commande. Ceci est déjà scandaleux. Ensuite une personne du restaurant arrive 10 min après avec la 2eme partie de la commande et nous demande sans s'excuser de régler au plus vite. Nous demandons une compensation pour les erreurs sur notre commande et le personnel du restaurant ne veut rien entendre. Selon lui, l'erreur vient de son nouvel employé qui est Africain et ne prend aucune responsabilité. Il continue son discours en nous agressant et en menant des propos racistes vis à vis des africains (mes amies sont africaines). Au lieu de trouver un compromis pour tous, il a décidé de reprendre les commandes et partir. Ce restaurant ne reconnaît aucunement ses erreurs et se trouve des excuses pour éviter toutes situations conflictuelles.
