Very disappointing, as I live 2 min away I used to order sometimes twice a day like 4-5 times a week , I refuse to order or dine in ever again, the bathroom is always disgusting smells of dank mold and urine, waitress forgot about us and we saw a couple come in after us, sit down order, get their meal, finish eating and pay and leave before we even got our food which was a simple 2 egg breakfast with ham and a chicken pita, not to mention every time you order I order the same western sandwich it comes different every time …. And as for the delivery , only restaurant I know that you can not order steamed hot dogs for delivery (only dine in ) never seen this in my life , and the woman who takes the orders on the phone is extremely rude and condescending terrible customer service etiquette, constantly missing items on order or messed up order as she does not listen as you speak on the phone or forgets to write the order down, delivery menu clearly says the soup of the day comes with bread , and she literally laughed at me when I asked for it because I’ve never received it , only to be told they didn’t give bread even though it says it’s included as specified on the delivery menu, will never in my life go back to dine in let alone delivery ever again … if I could give zero stars i would , i do not...
Read moreThis story happened to me twice in a row. I am usualy able to understand a rush, a mistake but twice in a row... come on. Ordered some food and received totaly something else at the door. Got to call them back, had to convice them what I ordered THROUGH JUST EAT ONLINE WHERE THERE CAN'T BE ANY MISHEARED ERROR was not te same thing that what they delivered to me. Finaly they sent me only half the dish (I guess they decided the salad and rice from the plate I first received was half the meal I needed) in a little bag and it arrived cold..... The first part of the meal I received 1h earlier is cold. The freshly arrived pita is cold.... please tell me why am I paying for this ? 2 hours of waiting to eat cold stuff supposed to be warm ? It is written black on white, I ordered online. When you fail to send the right order, you make sure to get it right when you send it back.
That was last week. It just happened all over again today. I am done. If you don't feel like eating 3h later and cold, do yourself the favor to order...
Read moreTo the person who sounds like an old lady that answers the calls, you messed up the order two time on two separate occasions. As soon as we heard her voice, I made sure to repeat it again because the last time they messed up the order and guess what? That didn’t work either. If you don’t have competent workers there then why are they there? They also put us on hold and forgot to answer us back. Is this some kind of joke? Never again. We order here alllll the time. Get your act together. Hire people who get the order right and those who will not leave us hanging on the phone. Unacceptable!
Edit: my friend told me the workers corrected the lady and told her where she went wrong. Their food is too good to leave a one star after a bad experience so I’ve changed to 3. The 3 remains because if they get the order wrong then that’s on the customer but this time it wasn’t. So that’s a step up. The food is always on point, hope I’m not...
