When I arrived, line up DID NOT MOVE for at least 10 mins, as there were 5 staff members behind the counter scrambling do food and drink orders but no cashier available to take any orders. First off, standing in line, I noticed the floors were littered with garbage, I didn't feel it was clean in there. At the cash, I greeted Vlaki with a smile and a Good Morning; you could tell she was caught off guard to reply back to me cos she probably doesn't say it often (she didn't say anything back to me). I wanted the 12-cup coffee box along with a mix of muffins, doughnuts and TImBits. Second, NO MENU was available detailing the prices as the non-breakfast menu was black/off/not working. So she had to rush list me all prices for each muffin, Timbit and donut for each, half dozen, dozen, 10 pcs, 20 pcs, etc... which was REALLY hard to follow so early in the morning (9:10am) as she's throwing all amounts and prices at me. When I expressed how, as a client with their menu broken, it was hard for me to follow her, her snarky reply was 'Usually people know what they want", I then asked, "Why is a menu up to begin with"?? She went silent. As well, the cash register monitor for the client didn't work so it was all black as well (does anything work here?!). Third, hardly any food was on display as the metal trays were empty (food items were in the back (why?)). Read moreGot here with my mother 5 employees. 1 at the cash 4 talking. Then 2 doing some cheese separations. Like really now no service. Alot of waste of time here not happy about this nor any manager on the floor to put some discipline. If they need one ill be glad to help them to know how to be productive and to actually work for the time they get paid. My coffee and an error ask for milk and had cream. They didnt write anything on the coffee. I am really confused on how they proceed at this tim hortons really.! Disorganized. Overall i think they need to have someone who can tell thrm what to do and when. They are just young adults obviously they will be doing whatevet they want and start to do some kind of work when we just look at them talking. Innaceptable. Read moreSunday, a group of girls and I stopped in around 1pm. First of all the line up was long and at a stand still for a good 10 minutes. When we finaly got to the cash we asked for a steeped tea but we were told there was none so we switched and asked for a dark roast coffee instead. The young guy Micheal took a pot of coffee shook it to see if there was any coffee in it, when he saw that there was none, he took the next pot and did the same. He then proceeded to tell us that there was none. We were surprised to hear that there was no steeped tea or dark roast considering that it is a Tim Hortons. Then the other lady working there heard us talking and so she told us that they do have dark roast but would have to brew a pot and it would take about 5 minutes. As for the steeped tea, who knows if they did have any or not or if they just did not want to bother with making it. The staff is not friendly and made us feel as though we were bothering them by ordering. My question is, why was Micheal incapable of passing on the information and making another pot in the first place.
