its the worst wendys ive ever been too! i went there with my bestfriend that only speaks french. knowing that we are in quebec and that the menu is in french, the staff has to speak french. i told her to order while i was gonna make a call. she comes back saying that NONE OF THE STAFF SPOKE FRENCH! what the heck? why having a french fast food ans having no staff speaking french? this got on my nerve. the worst? the staff were so careless, they didnt even try to help my friend. also, the employees were very rude and arent bringing a lot of people here. why do they have long faces? mostly, why putting that on others? why dont you be nice and smile? as i did the order, ive made a mistake thinking i paid for my food. instead of being cooperative and gentle and kind, an employee with thick eyebrows comes all made and gets made at us saying she checked the cameras. to the point to even bring the manager. my bestfriend and i got our frostys but they werent even filled completely! what the heck? its a waste of money and time. again, the place is so dirty! why having so much staff if none of them clean atleat the tables? WHY DONT YOU GUYS CLEAN UR FREAKING PLACE? it was SO dirty we had to eat at tim hortons. atlest they have some cleaner tables. the ambiance is so bad. theres barely anyone because the service is bad and so is ur staff! a staff that is rude, careless, incompetent and doesnt even speak french IN QUEBEC? honestly to anyone reading this DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL HATE...

I think this has to be the most worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it smelt like homeless people. There were 2 urinals and both of them were broken and all that was left was the toilet. The place was completely unsanitary. This also goes for the lobby there was paper on the floor stains all over the floor it looks like the place hasn't been mopped in 2 weeks. I went to place my order and saw a large crowd of people for take out Food Dude from food ordering services. The manager who is also serving and Taking the orders was exclusively looking looking to fulfill the orders for the take out drivers. I've must have waited about 12 minutes before she even acknowledged that it was there or even said a word to me prior to taking my order. Usually it's customary to say something to the client like hello and then possibly say if they're busy I'm just gonna take care of these orders and I'll take your order right away but nothing of the such.
