KFC — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

I will never return to this location, I have been going to this KFC since I was a child in the 80’s. decided to take my daughter there to treat her after school today. Most of the drinks weren’t working, could only choose from Pepsi or iced tea. Every time I have gone to the drive thru in the last year or two I am forced to wait out front usually 15mins and often get blocked in or stuck because of the skip the dishes drivers and other costumers waiting. On two occasions had to wait as long as 30-40mins. Today I was the only car in the drive thru. Asked for a receipt and was ignored. Asked for ketchup, hot sauce, dipping sauce and napkins. I was told they would be in the bag when it was brought out. When we received our order I was given the wrong kind of sandwich and none of the other things we asked for. The fries were ice cold and the popcorn chicken was flattened out like coins. Went inside to ask for dipping sauce and grab some napkins etc. I was repeatedly ignored by the staff, who were all moving at a snails pace… it’s no wonder people have to wait in the parking lot every time they visit. I left angry with out dipping sauce. I have never experienced this level of incompetence at any other location in Saskatchewan. The service at this location is consistently bad you can almost expect bad service every time you visit. My husband went to use a coupon a couple weeks ago and they used the wrong code and charged him almost double what the order was supposed to be. We called when he got home and I realized the mistake. They gave us a free meal, that we were very grateful for, which we decided to use tonight. Well... that was a BIG bust. When my husband walked in, there were 3 staff standing at the till and they scattered like cockroaches when they saw him, the chicken was overcooked to the point that we could barely chew through the coating, there was so much pepper on the sandwiches that our mouths burned and noses ran, and I had so little chicken on my sandwich that half of what I ate was just bun and peppery mayo with a sprinkle of slightly browned lettuce. Very difficult to feed a 9 month old food that is way too spicy. We will never go to KFC in Moose Jaw ever again, instead we will drive to Regina. I was really looking forward to this meal as we do not eat out very often, but was very sadly disappointed. �� And I do NOT want anything from the restaurant over this... all I want is to share so that maybe someone else won't get this kind...

Totally not impressed! Last night I ordered a 20pc feast for my family . The chicken was obviously sitting under the heat lamp for the uber maximum amount of time before getting tossed out ! The chicken wasn't fresh and it was soaked full of grease , the bucket itself was covered with grease on the bottom. If we weren't so hungry and had to get to baseball practice or I would have taken it back !...... I won't be going back unless they fix the quality of their chicken and someone from there will be getting a phone call as well !! Update : So I called the Moose Jaw KFC location and explained the situation , the person there tells me the new owners have changed the recipe and are from New Brunswick. That they are getting lots of complaints over the quality of the chicken ! So I am telling you the new owners that the new recipe _ egg and whatever sucks !! Go back to the original recipe (crispy and not grease soaked) or consider my business and many others I am sure lost...
