False advertising tv menu boards clearly say $5 deal on Sundays ($5.55 with taxes), they ring up at $5.55+taxes ($6.16 each), question it and counter person who is apparently a manger says their advertisement is wrong. He won't fix (advised Canadian law covers misadvertising and price laws), says he can't do anything about it. He calls owner same thing.

edit see it says the owner responded to this review, they delete it on FB, thankfully can't do that there. According to your post and one of your staff members, this price change happened well over 3 weeks ago, zero excuses to not have corrected by now is a simple.update to a SD card. It takes 5mins to update an SD card with new software and plug it back in.

There was zero signage hanging up in store informing people of this price change. Then after I questioned it, manager said its on your take out menus, I was instore ordering off your menu boards, not a stack of papers by the cash till that technically should not be there under covid19 regulations, also now that I think about it your staff were also not wearing masks which they are supposed to be doing.

An advertised price with out a posted correction by it is to be honoured by Canadian Laws.

Every day I come into this store it looks more dirty then the last like does anyone clean this place, we got the chicken build your own and the lamb build your own, I’m just sitting there watching them toss meat from a bowl from the chicken bowl onto the grill, unlike cutting off the lamb meat seeing in the kitchen they were prepping onion on a cutting board with his cell phone sitting beside it and bits of onion must of fell off the cutting board onto his cell phone, floors were gross and I swear they use the same bowl all day too weigh the meat, I have goood vision and that bowl was not clean, I didn’t say anything thinking that everything would be all right, I was wrong me and my girlfriend got really sick that night and I told her I will never return, a real do air place cuts the meat off the rack and puts right on the donair, I learned doing research online, I will not return, I’m not looking for a reimbursement but this place is dirty and not following food code regulations, also my girlfriend almost broke her tooth on a mysterious piece of chicken in her donair… nope I’m done, was good when first opened but not anymore, me family’s health is more important then...

Went to Prairie Donair and the experience was very bad. We ordered chicken shawarma. The two ladies took the order and just prepared the food without asking us for our choice for the things to be added. In our group we had two members who didn't like onions but these two ladies already stuffed onions. On asking to prepare the food of our choice, they were blaming us that we sat on the opposite side of the shop so they prepared the food according to their choice. On countering, one girl started arguing and blaming us for their fault. Though the other girl accepted her mistake that she didn't ask us our preference but still we had to accept the food thinking of not wasting the same.. later we repented as the food's taste was also not good.. i remember last time we went there and a guy was there instead of these ladies.. he had prepared the food which was much tastier and according to our choice.. to cut short, today we had to waste half of the food as couldn't consume due to the bad taste.. will never suggest anyone to go to this shop if these two ladies are seen.. instead if you see the other guy working there, then you may go confidently and have the food of...
