Bento Sushi — Restaurant in Mount Royal

I asked for ramen 🍜 noodles soup . She asked if I wanted chicken. I said "no." Then I asked if she had beef. Then she said" I have chicken". I said" no. "Then I asked if she had shrimp. She said "yes I do". Okay I said "I will have the shrimp. "Then she hands me chicken in my soup. I told her "is that chicken? it's shrimp I want. " She said "why ? You don't like chicken". I told her" I prefer shrimp". She didn't change the soup . Gave it me with the chicken. Being her error she should have changed my soup. I get the impression she wanted to get rid of her chicken. Never again I will ever go back there, at least when she is...

We ordered a ramen porc chasu and chicken karage. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food.

They have used instant noodles for the ramen which was tasteless and was absolutely not what the posters were showing. The posters of the ramen seem to be well garnished compared to what we have got. The chicken karage were literally chicken bites that we get at the supermarket and they have air-fried it. It’s not a really chicken karage. We also bought californien sushis which were 6/10.

Avoid this Bento. There wasno pre-made sushi that I wanted so I asked if they could make something for me. There were 8 people behind the counter. “No, sorry it’s close to closing time.” It was 2pm. My fiancé got some sushi and it was just lackluster. As others have said, their soups also are way over priced and cheaply made.
