Well, it was nice being on a patio however...we were there last night for my Fiancés birthday and the dinner was beyond terrible. That's literally the only description we can think of. I took pictures of what is described as a chicken burger but obviously I can't post it here. It was tiny, as in 1/3 the width of the bun. Maybe the dryest chicken she's ever had, had 1 bite. The bacon tasted like dust it was so over done. We also took a pic of her pachos that had the entire layer of shredded cheddar not melted. Granted her dinner was free because of her birthday, we didn't complain for this reason. We were left wondering if it was because we asked to switch to a spot on the patio that still had sun (as to which the tone and service abruptly changed after our query) or if the fact it was free or a combination as to why it was basically inedible.

Our appetizers were actually good, my fish while large in portion was very greasy and soft all along the bottom. We ended up boxing most of the food and finished our drinks. Been coming to this place since day 1 but always avoided the food as I've heard similar accounts and always came for drinks usually on the patio but thought we'd try since it's a good deal for birthdays.

I'm not looking for a deal or discount, but yesterday was quite the experience and felt the need to rate our time. It was our first night out post covid and was really hoping for a good dinner. After we enquired a couple drinks in about possibly switching to the sun and followed up by saying only if it doesn't cause an inconvenience the server went from very kind and attentive to seemingly annoyed. I've met the owners multiple times and can honestly say the service is just so much better when they're present. Side note: The ladies at the front working seating and admitting were great, put up with a lot of rude ppl while managing very well. And the setup and attention to covid restrictions were top notch...

myself and my hubby went to have lunch and decided to try a new place other than our usual restaurant. When we walked in we were greeted and brought menus by a server with someone they were training. We got our drinks and placed our appetizer order with the server and stated we wanted to start with apples and order a main course. 30 minutes later we got our apples and finished them and waited another 30 minutes till our server checked in with us and asked us if we ordered our main We said No no one took our order someone just came and took the menus and she kind of just laughed about it rudely like it was my fault we did get our order taken. She spent more time talking with the larger tables an totally forgot about us. She asked us if we still wanted to order but we said no due to the sheer rudeness of the waitress making it no big deal after waiting an hour. I've been a server my entire life and never had such a bad experience with no apology from the waitress and then we asked for the bill and we were brought it it was the wrong bill. We left still hungry and annoyed and won't be returning to this establishment due to the poor service. A trainer needs to be on top of everything not forgetting customers orders or forgetting to attend to the tables for over an hour when they only had 2 other tables in site.
