Not 100% impressed with the food. I ordered the cowtown Mac and cheese with pulled pork and crispy onions and an order of cheese bread. I got some sandwich bread with kraft singles melted on it and they forgot the crispy onions. Not a huge deal, so I asked for a side of crispy onions. The lady ignored me for a few minutes as I stood there, then took a few minutes to scoop a spoonful of green onions in a container None of this is a huge deal, except for the gross kraft singles cheese bread. My family and I recently devoured the Cajun chicken and spicy Italian ciabatta at Cachis. My ciabatta was loaded with my favourites- Calabrese salami, cured capocollo, jalapenos, cheese, garlic aioli, red pepper spread, lettuce, tomato and wow🤤😋! The flavours were incredible - spicy, savoury, and utterly delicious. The bread and veggies were fresh. What I loved most was the speed and convenience - perfect for a quick bite. Their mac n cheese is kept in a soup warmer and comes out like mushy chowder, with no flavor. They use pre cooked bacon and cold chicken on their chicken Caesar salad. Smoked meat sandwich just tasted like a pile of salt, almost inedible. I'm giving them 2 stars because the csr was nice and refunded me for the mac n cheese after I told her it was overcooked and completely inedible. Food is 1 star at best.
