Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Nanaimo

Fresh and quick. Classic pizza at a convenient price. I go here some times after work because I know I can rely on getting a slice or two of what I want within minutes. I personally like the butter chicken the most, but don't let that stop you from trying them all. I have even ordered delivery a few times and have been pleasantly satisfied. Friendly delivery boy and friendly staff at location. Good crusts and proportional toppings is a standard here. I do have some personal gripes about this location however. On Canada Day, I went to grab pizza slices for dinner and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who served me, an Asian Chinese woman, was not friendly at all and handled the pizza very carelessly, almost as if it were trash.I specifically requested that the vegetarian and non-vegetarian slices be packed separately since I am a pure vegetarian. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and the slices were stacked on top of each other. As a result, my husband's slices were ruined, with the toppings and base falling apart, making them inedible.This experience left us regretting our dinner choice, and we will not be returning. I stopped by around evening when it was bit busy to grab some pizza by the slice. I walked on in and was instantly greeted and had my order in a minute. The place looked clean, restroom was good , pizza selection looked nice as well.

The pizza was well priced and was real fresh. I honestly don't understand why more people don't visit the place. I think it is not by the roadside.
