We got to this location of subway faithfully as we know Erik does a lot of shitfts at this location I must say I have never met a more amazing employee in my life.. my son and I went there yesterday for dinner (april18th at 4:30) Erik was working and another young girl I’m sorry I forgot your name.. the customer service was amazing as usual but I’m sorry the two workers were so exhausted as they were alone and the line up was huge.. I love this store only for Erik and that young girl he was working with but I will not go back to this location unless management does something about their staff numbers per shift.. two people at this location is just ridiculous.. I want to give 20 stars to Erik and his partner they dealt with the lineup as best as they could.. management I hope you see this but you MUST have at least one or two other workers on each shift or you will lose employees and customers due to complete exhaustion of these two.. and the wait times people have to wait due to only two people working and sometimes I have been there and only one person is working and that is totally not acceptable..again to Erik and his partner on April 18 you guys did amazing thank you for being the amazing workers you two are. You both deserve raises.. and again management do better with your staffing numbers on shifts or you will be to blame for employees getting ill from working so hard they are doing their best to try and make your location the best and if it wasn’t for those two your location would be the worst.. congrats Erik you are an amazing employee that deserves the world.. if I knew your shift times I would go only when you work cause you make every customer feel special and heard and always make sure customers leave with a smile..and how you make the sandwiches is PERFECT thank you so much.. Read moreWent to get 2 subs today before taking my partner to the airport for work. There’s a line which is fine, I don’t mind waiting. The woman who made my subs was in a rush and only toasted my subs for 5 seconds, I asked to be toasted more she ignored me. Then we get to the veggies and they are looking pretty sad and sparse but whatever I’m hungry and I don’t care, I then ask for the sauce on both subs and she puts more sauce then lettuce try’s closing the subs up, poorly wraps them and I pay and go to eat in the truck. I open up my sub and it’s in a ball, wrapped wrong, sauce everywhere to the point where the wrapper is ripping and making a mess. I go back in and ask for a refund showing them my subs and how it’s barely edible. They reply “I don’t see the problem” I asked for a refund again and who I think was the manger goes “can we just make you another one?” I said no because at this point I just want out of this horrible establishment. I I left without refund and I will never be going back to this location. While I was in line the manger was sitting down with a business lady who was telling him how to proper clean the place. So all in all the place is poorly ran, dirty and a waste of money. A sad sad excuse...

They never have soup, morning, afternoon, day, evening. No soup.
No soup comes from cheap owners. Clearly people are asking for soup every day.
They definitely lose a few sales from me every month due to me not wanting ships or cookies with my food.
Ive seen and employee put a homeless coustmers gift card on the white cutting board, infront of the meats. Nothing but food goes on that board.
I usually see and excessive amount of handwriting at subway. And I like that. But this subway just gloves. No hand washing.
I've gotten home to a uncut sandwich. Not like half cut, just not cut in the middle at all.
I've seen an employee use a spatula to put the tuna on the bread, not the scoop.
Ive never had anywhere close to this many bad experiences from a subway. Sometimes not have soup is fine. But if you never have soup. It's to much for me.
