It's an okay place to grab a cup of coffee if you don't particularly have any expectations. You may prefer to get it to go, because their customer service is mediocre at best. Apparently asking for capuccino in a cup is a huge incovneince for a patron who didn't ask for it to go. The barista proceeded to dump my drink from a paper cup in a mug, and then gave me a huge mug to pour my espresso (with coffee grounds). When I asked for a small espresso Cup she made a look like I had asked her for her grandmother's wedding ring. A truly hidden gem. Such a cozy lovely coffee house, staff is great. A nice refreshing stop when walking the Nanaimo waterfront promenade. Espresso was sooo good, sweets and pastries looked deliciousss. Cant wait to go back again, enjoy a breakfast there and the beautiful view of the water, just amazing!!
