Order: Maple bacon burger meal. Sides: Fries, white milk not available, so a vanilla iced coffee. First, the fries - Cold. Mouth feel - greasy. Color was good, very little mottling, few defects, no sugar ends, relatively consistent size. As to be expected of McDonald's, it's okay. Traditionally, this establishment has a well-earned reputation of having low-quality cheap food, and what do you know, it holds true. While occasionally they break their own mold and present a genuinely enjoyable burger (their Black Pepper Angus is a fine example) McDonald's is only really good when cheap calorie-dense food is needed.

A choosy customer can build numerous healthy and delicious meals by knowing how to navigate their menu and parsing the healthy from the un-, notably by opting for salads, smoothies, and thoroughly reading McDonald's health information before buying, but McDonald's never truly caters to the health-oriented.

If the McDonald's in question is attached to a Walmart, expect the selection to be crippled and the ambience to range from depressing to disgusting. This one was on the disgusting side, but that's on the customers.
