Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your store earlier today at exact 4:16pm. As a frequent customer of Starbucks, I had high expectations when I ordered one of my favorite drinks. However, upon tasting it, I was thoroughly disappointed to find that it lacked any flavor and seemed to be missing the brown sugar that is a key component of the beverage. Moreover, I was taken aback by the lack of politeness exhibited by the crew member who took my order. Their demeanor was far from courteous, and it made the entire experience even more unpleasant. I must emphasize that this was my first time ordering from your branch, and based on this experience, I am reluctant to return or recommend it to others. Customer service plays a crucial role in the success of any business, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit. I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues I have raised. Improving the quality of service and ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy should be a top priority for your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes implemented soon. I attached the photo of the drink to show that there is NO brown sugar syrup in it.

Standard as far as Starbucks go except this location is located within the local Chapters. There is plenty of parking and a large outdoor seating area. The barista was prompt with service and very courteous. What is unique about this location is the massive seating area. This would be a great spot for a group of 6 or more if looking to have a coffee and chat with friends.

Had a not so good experience today. I ordered a chestnut praline latte half sweet. When I got my order, it was a Creme Brule latte. I told the barista that they made me the wrong kind, hoping that they might correct it in which he responded "it went through as a creme brule latte" twice, to let me know that it was either on my the cashier's fault and not the barista which I already understood. They were busy so I decided not to bother and said this is fine. When I drank it, I realized it was SO SWEET.. where as I asked for half sweet. I realized the label said Creme Brule Latte with two pumps of Chestnut praline syrup so I am assuming I got one and a half times the syrup rather than half. I again didn't want to bother them to make another but I could not drink it so I approached the cashier to let her know and asked her to get me some frothed milk to mix in with in and lessen the sweetness. She seemed annoyed, grabbed me a cup of cold milk. I asked if I could have it frothed so it doesn't make the drink cold and she again seemed annoyed, made me feel badly that she could not take back the cold milk. I am not feeling very welcome by either employee right now so thought I'd mention it. I do not at all mind mistakes or having to wait when they are busy but making me feel badly about wanting the drink that I paid $7 for is...

there have been many times where this Starbucks will get my drink wrong. This time they got my personal cup all sticky almost made my second drink wrong and made my first wrong. When I told the barista about it she just said multiple times that's not what's on the sticker and I had to say multiple times that what I ordered was not put onto the sticker and to please make it how I ordered it. Junko, I believe her name is came over and understood what happened with the drink in the personal cup, washed out the drizzle, which I have never ordered or wanted in my drink and remade it properly. I really don't like this Starbucks, they constantly make mistakes especially when they are not busy and then try to fight the customer about what is on the sticker and what I ordered.
