Honestly when this place is good, it's great. When it's not it's infuriating. How simple is it to remember to put cheese on a bacon egg and cheese bagel? 2 out of 3 times happened. Or forgetting mayo on sandwiches. Or if you ask for bacon crispy, double check at drive thru window it's correct they assure you they did it themselves, and bacon almost raw oh yeah and no cheese. There seems to have been a change in long term staff, at one point 5 stars. Now who knows what you'll get. I followed up with mgmt, same thing happened next two times, ordering directly off menu no substitutions and...

Used to be a good place, so I especially stopped to eat again.

When I was in washroom, my wife did the order of sandwiches for herself and my 2 sons. But the sandwiches were served cold! When my wife asked about it, she was told the toaster was broken.

I do suspect it was just neglected. The staff forgot to ask if we wanted the bread toasted, and then lied to us about the toaster. If the toaster was broken, then the staff should have told us, instead of letting us eat cold food in...
