KFC — Restaurant in Woodstock

Each time to go in to kfc Woodstock it’s absolutely ridiculous with customer service, I feel terrible for each employee as they look very unhappy working here. They treat others very disrespectfully as well. There’s no greeting, no positivity, nothing.

Each time I order delivery it’s always 20 minutes late, food is cold and done very quick, as there’s barely anything within the zinger wraps I get for me and my family, there’s maybe a tiny bit of lettuce, no tomatoes, rock hard and overcooked meat. I also have missing items each time I order, for example, I ordered delivery just the other day I thought I’d give them another shot as I love kfc ( when it’s done right) I was missing a large gravy, a large fry, and two Pepsis. We pay almost 40.00 for our meals but only get half of it. Something needs to be done here asap, whether a new owner that treats the employees better!! KFC is amazing, but only if the work is done right!!!

I would not ever recommend anyone to go here, not until things change. Peace out...

Woodstick KFC was absolutely the worst KFC we have ever been in. We ordered a bucket and didn't get one piece of white meat not even a wing. We had 2 legs and the rest were thighs. The chicken was very greasy so I imagine they need to change their oil more often. Even after blotting it with paper towels and trying to squeeze the grease out of it it was still bad. The fries were OK but underdone. Also the gravy was so watered down and it didn't have the flavor that most KFC gravy does.The service was lousy for part way in taking our order the guy took off and when he came back he had what we had told him so far terribly mixed up. We will never be back and are now leary of ordering KFC again especially when you spend...

I had the worst experience ever at this location. When I went to order I asked the girl for the box item up on the screen and she told me that I had to pay extra for the bacon and cheese in the bacon and cheese ultimate combo box. I said to her why do I have to pay extra for bacon and cheese when the sandwich is called the bacon and cheese ultimate chicken burger. She continued to argue with me in front of other customers until the other customers also got involved and took my side. She was very rude and I really don’t ever want to go back to any KFC ever based on my experience. In my opinion KFC Needs to give their employees more training on customer service.
