I just had the most amazing experience at this location tonight. (march 26 around 9pm) I wish I would've gotten the guys name. I come to this location often for a little treat, every once in a while, my blizzard won’t be as abundant as others. I’m going through a really difficult time and just wanted a blizzard tonight. This all sounds so dumb and pathetic but as I was ordering it, I jokingly told the guy “can you just make sure it’s perfect? i’m going through a break up right now and I just really need this to be good.” I got to the window and he immediately told me that he discounted my blizzard for me. He didn’t want to take the extra change for a tip but I made him take it. He then let me know that he was going to make it for me and asked me if I wanted any whipped cream or fun toppings on it at all. Then he came back and gave me my blizzard and a free dilly bar and told me he was sorry for everything I was going through and that he hoped things got better for me. We need more people like this in the world. I could’ve been on my last straw and this boy would have probably saved my life. It just turned my day around completely and I can’t thank this guy enough for the kindness he showed me today. I immediately just started crying when I pulled away cause I just really and truly needed that. Whoever raised this guy, you did an amazing job! This place is lucky to have him and I bet he’s going to go so far in life. I hope this can get back to him because I can’t even put into words just how thankful I am that he exists. If I could give a negative two, I would. A big letdown from my favorite place. Wrong item, we all make mistakes, however the onion rings looked like scrapings from the bottom of the fryer. Returned to discuss, noticed staff were running and joking around inside. Doors were locked at 730 pm but they have a 24 hour drive thru. Went thru and returned everything uneaten. Dropped over to DQ and was $4 cheaper for the same 2 meals. I want to know who the two kids were inside who left on bikes 40 minites later, are staff letting their friends in when the store is locked?

3 days ago I ordered 2 flame meals with extra pickles and onions. After not recieving them (not the first time) we called to complain. We were put down for a free meal. Fast forward to today's service. I waited in the drive thru for no exaggeration 20minutes while i watched particularly the women socialize and joke around (the young man in the back seemed very focused and hard working). There was again no pickles or onion, no side of flame sauce. Paying 30+$ for food and then not getting what your paying for is absolutely not acceptable. If the restaurant could/would reach out to us we may reconsider but as of right now I won't be returning and I can't recomend the restaurant to anyone who values...
