It's a shame that I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star, because a few years ago I frequented this location and was happy with the service I got.
Last month, I placed an order for delivery through the KFC app. Except I waited the whole day and I never got my delivery.
I called the restaurant and they told me that there was an error with the app that caused the delivery to go through. No problem. I asked if I'll get a refund, and I was told I need to cancel the order through the app. However, the app specifically says to call the restaurant to cancel an order so I have no option to do it myself. I explained this but was told they have no option to refund on their end and to try the app again.
So I called the main KFC customer service line and sent an inquiry request through the website. I was told they'd forward the issue to the restaurant and that they'd let the restaurant management know to contact me.
A week later, no call/email or anything. I went in person to the location and was informed by a shift supervisor that the management was aware of the issue, and that their IT team is working on getting the refund. I was asked to wait 3-4 business days.
Well, it's now almost 2 weeks since my visit. Not only have I never been contacted by the restaurant's managers, but I have yet to receive my refund. I called the main KFC customer service line again and was informed that that case was considered close with no need for contact.
Clearly these guys do not want to help, do not want to refund, and are taking advantage of their customer's patience. Hence the reason why I'm leaving...
Read moreI placed an order online. Then waited in the parking lot to pick up the order right away. When I received the order the cold bottle of pop was placed on what was supposed to be hot food. I didn't have much time so I continued on with the evening. After I got home I called to let them know the food was cold. This guy who answered said you picked up too late, When I said I was right there he said the cook cooked the food, then more excuses.
I called back hoping to speak with a manager, but got the same guy. He starts right in on me all you want is a free meal. It's your fault there was a problem with the food. But I will offer you a free meal as you had before.
Went to pickup the meal, same excuses I got on the phone said you will not get another free meal again.
This is very interesting how this person acted. I have never came across this type of behavior from a person in the food industry. I did tell him if I didn't bring it to their attention how would you know.

Read moreMy wife placed a pickup order, I go pick it up today at 445pm. I go in, it's there ready. I get to the truck and it seemed kinda light for the order my wife and I agreed upon. So I go back in to confirm I have everything. I am met by a rude cashier, saying of course it's everything, and sends me off. I get home and then realize it was indeed missing the large chicken bits. So I take pictures and head back. I get there show the pictures to the same cashier, he obviously remembers me, doesn't say much comes back with what turns out to be cold chicken bits. He mumbles something and just heads straight back to the kitchen. All the food was cold, the chicken was disgusting and to top it off the staff was horrible.
