Was just at this location. We travel a lot and stop at Timâs often. To say that this location is completely disorganized is an understatement. We were there at 10:15. I stood in a lineup outside because it was taking so long for people to get their food. Once I got inside the restaurant there was an issue with a French speaking lady and no one could understand her so they had to ask the cook to come out to translate. The. When I got to the cashier to make my order I paid and was told to stand to the left to wait for my food. I was not given any receipt or order number- nor was any other customer. So everyone just stood waiting for the two employees- one who didnât speak very well in English- kept making orders and just tossing the bags up into the counter saying what they were but no one could understand him. I waited 5 minutes and people took food ahead of me - Iâm quite sure someone took my order. That being said I explained my order to the employees and was told we have no order here like that đ¤Śââď¸. But we will make it for you anywayâ. He them proceed to make my order and once I got into the car realized it was still wrong
This location and all locations should really be giving out a receipt with the full order and a number. It was a complete mess on that store. Maybe look at how McDonaldâs does their orders. Iâve never had this issue at...
   Read moreIt may seem trivial, but this is the second time this has happened at this location in the past few months. Ordered a meal, waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. When going to pay for my order I was informed the debit machine had just gone down and was asked if I had cash to pay with. I said no, just debit. The cashier, who was sympathetic, said sorry and seemed a bit unsure how to proceed with the obvious solution(not the cashiers fault, more a manager/Franchise partner responsibility). I had to leave the already prepared order and go to the other store across town because of the system at this location. Customer service wise, it seems asinine to not give a customer their meal after the customer waited 15 minutes, no sign was posted or direction given stating the debit system was down while ordering and having the order already made and bagged. You obviously had to throw out the order and now left a customer annoyed for no conceivable reason. In comparison; the local McDonald's and Starbucks have both apologized and given the order when their systems have gone down(it's called basic...
   Read moreWe've gone to this Tim Hortons as a family enough to be able to say they have never once gotten our orders right yet at this location, there is always something wrong or missing and we don't go back because the wait in the line ups are horrendous every time we've gone to this location of Tim's , there is so much disorganization happening behind the counter it's insane, it's like no one working there is working cohesively in an organized fashion at all and their all just doing their own thing, their needs to be a clear *leader leading at this location, we are starting to avoid this location and just going to the Restigouche location now which location wise is less convenient but it's way quicker and they can take an order and I get what I asked for every time with friendly staff and service.
This time we ordered 3 hot drinks , one large DR reg coffee , and one medium white hot chocolate, and a medium steeped tea 2 milk / 2 sugar (and the *steeped tea came back as a *warm milk đ) and we had a medical apt.
