For spending 30-40$ for 2 6â sandwiches and 2 chip and pops they shouldnât be stingy like they own all the toppings personally. I they are putting on less then half of what they used to 2-3 months ago. And the woman and guy working there were argumentative about us asking them to add more, whoâs paying for it ? Them or us ? Add the toppings and make the bloody sandwich already, your jobs not hard âSANDWICH ARTIST â I went back with my girlfriend last night July 14th at 5:20 pm and the exact same ginger guy was rude and ran us off. My girlfriend ordered a teriyaki crunch and ww watched buddy pick off all the best pieces of chicken and leave 4 smaller chunks then he pulled off, so my girlfriend asked him again to add 2 pieces just to fill the bun up and he refused to do it and power tripped over it, so like last time I said âleave it i am not eating hereâ and we drove across the street to Mary Brownâs and we were order #458 and they messed up my order and I brought it up and asked whereâs my lettuce and the guy in the back said I could keep the spicy chicken and he would make the original Marys chicken crunch free, now thatâs service. Especially seeing subway costs way more than mary browns. Either way you lost us as customers permanently and your email you sent doesnât exist according to hotmail, I changed my 3 stars to all 1 stars at this location. I recommend driving to Fredericton for Subway, they fill the sandwich up and they donât argue with...
Read moreOn Tuesday April 9th around 4:30 pm I went to this place and ordered a 6 inch cold cut sub on white. Some of the additives were not on display which I had to ask for and they had no regular mustard so I had to take honey with the sweet onion sauce I wanted. At one point I did bite into a hard part of one of a banana pepper ring which the crunch almost made gag. However, what threw me right off which right there and then I decided to never come to this place again is what I saw while I was eating. One employee came out to the eating area with a small square plastic container with water and a paper like cloth and started to clean the table in front of me. He first pushed the crumbs off the table on the floor and proceeded to wipe the table with the cloth and then wiped the SEAT and back of the CHAIRS then wiped the TABLE again. He repeated this procedure on other tables and chairs. When he came back to his container and put the cloth in the water I asked him if I could give him a suggestion he said yes. I said that perhaps he should have two containers of water with a separate cloth in each (ONE to clean the TABLES and ONE to clean the SEAT of the CHAIRS). He turned around and went wiping the remainder of the TABLES and CHAIRS with the same cloth. DISCUSTING! You will never see my face...
Read moreMy family stopped here while travelling and we were NOT impressed.
First of all, the lady ripped up my chicken so that it looked like she gave me more than she did (I usually get more at other subways).
Then, when I told her I like A LOT of peppers, she proceeded to only place 4 pieces of peppers on my foot long sandwich. When I kept asking her to put more, "since I love peppers", she loudly sighed and said "that's all I have here" so I just told her for the fourth time that I really like my sandwich to have lots of peppers and she still didn't go out back to get more.
I also told her we like "just a bit" of salt and pepper but she LOADED that on to the point where my kids commented that their sandwiches were too spicy so they didn't even finish them.
I decided not to get her to remake them as we were in a rush to get home at a decent hour and it had already taken 15 minutes to get to that point (with no one in line in front of me). She seemed more interested in socializing with the delivery guy than she was in taking the time to make our sandwiches to our liking.
I would not come to this subway again if we travel past...
