KFC — Restaurant in New Brunswick

This place has gone down hill in the last year...Every time you go threw the drive threw they give you the food vertically instead of horizontally (,standing up instead of laying flat) threw the window, which makes everything slide down sideways to the end of the box creating a mess... Two days ago I ordered 6 chicken strips with mustard sauce and a pepsi...$23.00..drove to the window and they passed it threw window again with box in vertical position (everything slid down to side of box again)..when I got home I noticed that with the 6 strips which are usually around 5 inches long each, were 2 strips 5 inches long each and the remaining 4 strips were about as long as a chicken nugget (about 2 1/2 inches long).complete rip off..also the 3 packs of mustard sauce were put inside of the box with the chicken and when opened they were hot enough that the sauce was runny like water... This is not first time where pay good money but not satisfied there...Sorry will not...

The dining area is a good size but isn't all that clean.  Greasy tables, unkempt floors, empty napkin holders, messy beverage area... you almost feel like you need to scrub the place down before eating there. The bathrooms are unkempt. Avoid them at all costs. The service is okay, at best.  It's not always fast and not always professional. Going through the drive-through is probably your safest bet. The food, well, it is what it is.  It's a fried chicken fast-food joint. The fried chicken is small and very greasy.  It's not the KFC I grew up with.  Their sandwhiches are straight garbage.  A dry piece of chicken on a dry roll with a dollop of sauce and no lettuce to spare. I don't even bother eating here anymore. Expect to pay $15 to $20 for a meal that will leave you very unsatisfied. There are way better fried chicken spots to be found in Edmundston. I won't eat...

Service, I gave 5 stars to service because the girl that served me was fantastic. As for everything else. Disgusting. Fries over done and my Twister was microwaved and sopping wet because they put too much sauce(I did not ask for extra sauce) but they microwaved lettuce and tomato. You do not microwave lettuce and tomato, anyone could tell you that!!! What happened to the Twister being toasted? This location use to be good but the past 2 tries have me not ever going back. The bucket of chicken I got last time had a puddle of grease at the bottom and the chicken was soggy and now this. Your staff need to be retrained and or you need some who actually care.
