Pizza Delight — Restaurant in New Brunswick

We arrived at pizza delight at about 7:30 on a Saturday evening we were seated right away the establishment was clean pleasant smelling the hostess and our waitress were both very personable and kind they served as promptly it started out really promising. We ordered drinks three kids meals two adults white quarter chicken dinners and a large garlic fingers for the table to share came out promptly the garlic fingers were awesome lots of cheese lots of garlic good start to the meal. Unfortunately that is where that ended the two children's meals which were supposed to be nachos were unsalted taco chips and a cheddar blend of some sort that was burnt on the edges very unappetizing the chicken nugget meal that one of the other children had was good except for the fries were also unsalted. The two adult chicken dinners came out and the mashed potatoes were unsalted and very firm but made from real potatoes so there's a point there the sauce that went with it is like a cross between Swiss chalet sthubert sauce and gravy not horrible definitely not enough considering how dry the chicken was ..it was well done so the risk of salmonella wasn't there anymore but I don't believe that it was seasoned before putting into the rotisserie ...when I say seasoned I mean no salt no pepper no Lowry seasoning salt just dry. Again the front of house staff was fantastic and polite and prompt maybe it was just an off night but the lack of seasoning across the board in all five meals makes me feel that maybe this is a static situation for them and not...

So, I ordered online 1 hr before my "pickup time" as identified on my slip. I showed up to the restaurant at pickup time to be told my order was going to be about 15 minutes late. So I went back to my vehicle to wait. 20 minutes later I go into the store to be told I had upgraded my garlic fingers when placing the order.... so they are just putting them in now... probably another 15 minutes!!

...rambled something about problems with online ordering and the store.

I asked if they made the regular sized garlic fingers with my pizza, I'd take those instead. Response: " no it went out with another order".

So I asked for a refund!!

I was very disappointed, I ordered online with set time as I was buying the pizza for coworkers on a 14 hr shift with covid response, try to brighten their day a bit.

By the time I asked for a refund I was already late for my shift. And ended up leaving the store with nothing.

As I drove down the street I realized they short changed me by $6, I called the store and he said "oh yah that was prob the tip". I told him I'd be back to get it right away!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY PIZZA DELIGHT!!! Tomorrow I'll go somewhere else to get my coworkers some pizza 🍕 as I will never...

Friday August 16,2019 after driving from Cornwal Ontario to Edmundson NB we checked in to our hotel and decided to go to Pizza Delight for supper. When we walked in it was quite busy. We asked for a table for 4(as there were 4 of us). Then a family of I think 7 came in after us. A second waitress came over and showed her where to sit them...which we understood they probably had a table for a bigger group. However that being said she never gave us a second thought...she never came over and said that they had a table for a bigger party so they were seating them first and we would be seated shortly,she never said it would be a few minutes and we would have a table...she never said anything. So we walked out...it wasn't until that time that she came running after us saying it would only be a few minutes. That was not the time...she should have told us right off or at the very least before seating the other people. We left and went to another restaurant where it was just as busy but we were seated immediately. I will not return to Pizza Delight Edmundson...and I will not recommend to any family or friends traveling in that area!!! Those waitresses should be ashamed...
