Burger King — Restaurant in New Minas

I've decided to modify my review. I'm bringing my overall score down to one even though I'm going to rate the food at a 3 and the atmosphere at a 3 as well.

I'm reducing my score to one star because I can't go to zero stars because I'm reducing my service rating of this establishment down to one star.

Why? Because it is currently 9:20 a.m. on a Monday morning and I decided to go to one of my favorite burger places for breakfast. Why? Because I'd like their breakfast better than the local Golden Arch is placed down the road.

Unfortunately, they don't open until lunch time. So I can't actually order any food whatsoever. Imagine trying to have a business and not actually opening for customers who want to buy food.

Meanwhile I come down to the Golden arches and they have a lineup of people waiting to order breakfast. Imagine how many customers you were establishment could have if you were actually open for business and I say this because the other businesses that serve similar food to theirs are open. Kids wanted bk for supper tonight to I decided to take them for a treat, when I walked in the counter guy asked me what I wanted as soon as I got in, I didn't know yet so I told him I don't know yet, give me a minute to figure out what me and the kids wanted.

8 minutes later we left because nobody came and asked us what we wanted, during this time a total of three employees came from the kitchen , punched something Into the register at the front counter, didn't even make eye contact with me and turned around and walked back into the kitchen, during this time there were three other customers in line behind us waiting, I took my kids and left, the blatant disrespect for customers time is unacceptable.

It would've been one thing if any of the three employees said just a minute somebody will be with you, or the drivethru employee who was just leaning against the wall the whole time said something along those lines, but this is simply unacceptable.

Oh my gosh, guys!!! We live on the South Shore and we no longer have a Burger King in our area. We also no longer have a theater. So, we were going to watch a movie in New Minas, an hour and a half drive, and knowing that there's a BK there I absolutely had to have a Whopper. We didn't have time before the movie so we went after around 9 pm or so. Food was pretty quick and we started home. I couldn't eat my burger until I got home at 11 pm. It was heavy was my 1st thought and when I unwrapped it, it was perfectly put together (which at other fast food joints, they are not). It was cold, of course, after an hour and a half drive) but I didn't care. I ate it cold. It was soooo good!! THANK YOU!!! The best burger that I have had in a very long time!!
