I ordered door dash, got the Reece’s peanut butter cup pie blizzard and the hot chocolate blizzard, both which are supposed to come with cool whip on top. Door dash gives you the option to ask for no whipped cream but I of course wanted it, it’s the best part. Unfortunately it didn’t come with any and I couldn’t get a refund for it in the app. I went to new minus to ask if I could get them remade because at this point they were melted. I was very polite apologized and asked if I could get them remade which was fine he made me two new blizzards. Then he tried to give me both them back but took away my other two. I asked if I could get them back because I knew they were just gonna get thrown out and he said “nope” tossed it over his head and slam dunked it into the trash; then he walked to the back saying have a good night as I was trying to ask for a different tray because he just threw mine out. I ended up calling the store spoke to an assistant manager and he apologized said they don’t usually give food back but he shouldn’t have handled it the way he did. He would go talk to him but I’m sure nothing was done about it.. this is not the only bad experience I’ve had at this location one time I ordered the honey glazed chicken strips they said they didn’t have any so I ordered the regular chicken strips. Asked for a couple extra sweet and sour sauce because they were only giving me one for 6 chicken strips and he said I had to pay and I threw a tantrum because they didn’t have what I wanted which is coved in sauce but they couldn’t give me one more sweet and sour sauce for free? Read moreI hesitated writing a review for years, tried to give them a chance however nothing has changed, constant mistakes that management doesn't seem to care about, the customer satisfaction is out the window with the management staff , the other staff are lovely I ordered a cake years ago , when I went to pick it up it was spelt wrong, after bringing it to the managers attention she continued to argue with me saying it's spelt correctly... even if it was ( it wasn't) isnt it whatever the customer wants ... she did eventually change it for me but not before a 10 minute argument
Just recently I tried to order a cake for my husband's birthday, again manager said she couldn't do what i was asking, she told me no DQ can I called greenwood and guess who filled my cake order, exactly how I wanted it... greenwood...
I ordered a large cake online almost 2 weeks in advance, I showed up on pick up day- cake wasn't done, said they never got the order, I watched her scroll through her iPad and sure enough ... there was the email with the order unopened I might add.

Of all the DQs I have been to this one seems to lack care to serve their customers a properly sized dessert, lacks general friendliness at drive thru window and on several occasions of going through the drive thru, myself or a person I am in a group with has received a grossly undersized dessert that was messy and when the concern was brought at the window we were waved off. We have to often go into the store and request the manager to get it done properly. Luckily, the manager will remedy the problem. This was my sister's Oreo Sundae presented to her and when it was asked at the window if it was supposed to look like this there was a flippant "yes" response.
