This food-joint does it well for when it comes to preparing savory, hot burgers to enjoy. However, I would say that the overall hygiene is absolutely horrendous. I've seen workers use their bare hands to touch patties and vegetables, which from a customer is clearly unacceptable. Please consider teaching your employees to use gloves upon preparation of food in your restaurant so as to avoid any food contamination. Bacteria is everywhere, and although much of it is harmless and can be eliminated by the average human body, there are many cases where bad bacteria have been transferred onto foods that have been consumed which may cause...

I had a fantastic experience at A&W in Upper Canada Mall! The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked—especially the Masala Burger and Buddy Burger. The service was outstanding, and the staff, especially Yolly, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the store after closing hours, but Yolly and another employee greeted us with a warm smile and assured us it was okay to place our order. I was truly mesmerized by her kindness, humanity, and excellent customer service. Even though it's in a food court, the quality and hospitality make it stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back....

I’d recommend this breakfast 10/10! The A&W Cheese and Egger sandwich was cheesy and delicious, and the hash browns were perfectly golden and crispy. The sweet and sour sauce added just the right flavor twist, and the fresh orange juice tied it all together. Plus, the customer service was amazing—definitely deserves 10 stars!
