New York Fries Upper Canada Mall — Restaurant in Newmarket

I went to the New York Fries in the mall with my friend, we ordered a poutine, while my friend ordered food i was waiting for my mom to send me some money to order so I asked the manager if she could wait, she waited for me for four minutes without rushing me or even leaving the stand, just standing there with a beautiful smile, after I had the money it was only seconds I got the food and she told me to have a good day. After eating some of the poutine, i decided to see if I could get any toppings she said it was free, I asked if the sour cream was free to but she said it was 70 cents. I was fine with just the toppings but she gave me a drizzle and she even told me to enjoy. This just my expereicne at this location unforgetable I will defintly be coming here in the future to eat any...

I've come here everytime me and my family drops off our dog to be groomed at a nearby Petsmart, and in that time I can safely say this place has some good pouting (as far as fast food goes, as yes I am aware that if you want something authentic and whatnot then you may want to look elsewhere, but also expect greater wait times and possibly higher prices), furthermore I appreciate the service as it's efficient and even when mistakes are made they correct themselves accordingly (one time there was something in my poutine and I brought it up and got a new one free of charge. To the store manager that I left speaking with that appears to have a British accident, you lied and provided raw French fries. Hardly any gravy and it’s disappointing that you were talking about taking pride and providing quality food, I would think it goes with cooked food... you mentioned today was your last day. I am not sure if you didn’t care anymore or didn’t want to be there but I would of been happier in getting my money back and you not providing the food...
