I had a fantastic visit to the Booster Juice store recently, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. We ordered two drinks, the Heavenly Horizon and the Funky Munky, and they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of natural goodness. A special shoutout to Vishakha, the employee who served us. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure our drinks were prepared with care. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a healthy, tasty boost and excellent service, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Went to this location Aug 28 around 3pm. There was a young man behind the counter working the store by himself. There were about 4 people and a pickup order came in. I did have to wait a while but it's understandable as he was the only one there. He still took the time to greet me and was very professional with his service. He even took a moment to write this on my drinks. My only regret is I didn't get his name to give him proper recognition.

At night there's a very kind and friendly young man that works at this location. He's very fast and just gives off good vibes and energy. He always writes nice little messages on the lids. He's an amazing employee and I can see he has a lot of good reviews specifically referring to him.

Went in after a workout to get myself a protein smoothie. I don’t have high expectations for customer service but I have never received such horrible service. The employee named Michelle walked out from the back to serve me with the dirtiest look on her face which was kept until I left the building. Didn’t say hi, didn’t ask me what size I want, didn’t ask me how I would like to pay and just considered that I’m paying with a card, didn’t prompt me when the machine was ready for payment and I had to make eye contact with her and tried to ask her whether I can pay or not... when she gave me my drink she didn’t say a word and yet again looked at me as if I intruded something very important and that I shouldn’t even be in this building. Never coming to this...

Visited today in the afternoon, young lad by himself during a busy period, there must have been around 10 people walk in during the time I was there. Based on previous reviews I just read, this employee always takes the time to appreciate customers during busy periods (we also got the writing on the cup and that was a great touch) and it was no different for us. The drinks were great and considering the back up, came to us pretty quickly. I just feel bad, there shouldn't be a single employee working, clearly (again, based on previous reviews) it's a trend that it picks up around this time, and the staff should have more support...
