Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Newmarket

UPDATE (2.0) Feb. 25, 2021: Stopped in to grab a few slices and very satisfied with the experience. Ordered over the phone and picked up in person. Phone order was easy and quick. In store pick up was fast and friendly. Pizza was hot n ready with everything I ordered. Can’t ask for better! 10/10. Great job guys!

UPDATE Sept. 22, 2020: Just got off the phone with Malav (manager for the site) and what a turn around! It seems Malav read the review within 12 hours and was in the process of reaching out to me about the experience. Very satisfied with how the situation was handled. 10/10 will return as a result. Will be sure to update on future experience with the store.

Ordered the exact same order as I always do through the app at the lindsay store, here and it cost $5+ more with the same 50% off coupon 🤔. They skimped on the double cheese and if you want triple cheese they charge for 2 extra toppings instead of one, on top of the extra charge for double! Tried to be friendly with the staff but if you stop in at 10:30 on a Monday I guess they aren’t in the mood for a smile. Lol What a disgrace of the pizza chain. I don’t usually write this harsh of a review but this embarrassment deserves it. -10/10...

Wen't there today the one on main street newmarket because I saw an ad online and it was the closest one. Upon arriving the customer service could be better. He wasn't doing anything but he hardly looked at us when he spoke to us gave us the menu then he just left. It's like both of them are too busy to take our order. I took the attention of one of the employees asking if they have anything special they have or could recomend for the day. He just said they don't do specials in their store. Well then no problem! Obviously, you don't want our bussiness happy to take it somewhere else. Why is your store open if your not glad to take an order? We went somewhere else instead and it was yummy! Bought 2 large pizza with drinks 10x better service fast and friendly. I would give you zero...

I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas for delivery for nearly $50 including delivery and tip. The pizzas were completely over cooked - so hard you would fear breaking a tooth. When I called to complain the manager explained "that’s just how the gluten free crust is" even after I explained I’d had their gluten free crust and it was never so hard and over cooked. There was a complete lack of customer service, I was only offered a free 2L bottle of pop for the "next time I come to Domino’s” which doesn’t even come close to the near $50.00 that I spent on the two personal gluten free pizzas.
