I hate leaving reviews good or bad but I know how crucial they are to other people’s decision making and thought some people could benefit from this! I used to visit this location plenty of times and although the employees don’t really act like they want to help you and kind of give off un enthusiastic energy, that didn’t really bother me. A couple days ago, I get my usual chicken souvlaki pita and bit into my chicken and saw it was raw… I know the slightest bit of pink for chicken on a skewer is normal but this was jello- like consistency and more pink than any chicken i’ve ever seen. A “food delivery” messed up our order. I took the food back, and having already been told by the service I’d be reimbursed I went in fully intending on just paying for a replacement order, the manager wouldn’t let me pay. He not only called the service, and blasted them for their drivers rushing their pick ups without checking the order, but insisted they call the other customers who got our food to apologize, etc. Lately businesses tend to shrug their shoulders at their errors and do little if anything at all to compensate the customer. The staff don't wear gloves! This is a violation of the health code in terms of serving food. When asked to put on gloves, they stated they don't have any in the back and never have. The female cashier even serves the food when busy. She didnt even wash her hands when handling the food. You can even see the food touching her hands when she is scooping rice and salad onto a plate. I highly recommend staying away.
