I went this location for Tomyum soup. The manager makes tease on the customers. I didn’t quite hear him saying”green onion”. I heard it as peanut or something because it was loud in the Food Court!! So, I said no first, and saw he was stopping putting the green onion. Then, I said, oh, green onion please.( since I wanted) Next, what he talked back was that you said no green onion!!! I told him that I heard you said peanut. He talked me back that there was no peanut sound in green onion!! So.. what is so matter. People could hear differently!! Then, I got my food and turned back to go to my table. He started talking with the female server about the peanut thing in their language. However, I could know that they were teasing or making fun of me because I could hear “peanut”in several times in their conversation.It happended when I ordered the soup at the beginning. They were saying “Tomyum tomyum” blabla..in annoyed sound and I could know they were talking about me!! The female server even looking at me constantly when they talk. Before I left the counter I stared at him saying nothing. He quickly turned the eye contact from me. I was so unpleasant while I was eating it. The food was not tasty either. They talk back of the customers!!! I saw he was talking about the lady in front of me, too. They must think the customers are stupid not understanding thier language. We probably don’t know the whole meaning but know they are teasing customers by their sounds and gestures for sure. It is not the manner the manager should have!! So rude!!! Poor...

Today I ordered Combo 1 + Combo 2 + a canned drink. When checking out, the total came to almost $38, which didn’t seem right. I asked for a detailed receipt, but the owner only provided the credit card slip without any breakdown.
After doing a quick calculation, the total should have been around $35. When I went back to the cashier, he didn’t say anything, just handed me $2 back. I pointed out that even then, the amount was still off since the canned drink costs $2.56. After a short argument, he reluctantly gave me a few more coins back.
It was clear that the overcharge was intentional, relying on customers not noticing or questioning the total. Such behaviour is deceptive and unacceptable.
