Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Newmarket

Diner beware. We ordered from this location last night and ended up with my kids getting food poisoning. When I called to inform them of the issue the assistant manager said oh are you sure it was us? Before I contact anyone in matters like this I am always sure and as a nutritionist I can spot issues easily. After requesting a call back from the store owner who refused to give me his name (oh and Hi Ben. Yes I got your name anyways) and blantantly refused to take any accountability whatsoever I'm left disgusted by this location. Unless you want to watch your children fall violently sick stay away. Message to head office - observing what I did watching the kids in the back make food it's no wonder...

I ordered one large chicago style and a pepperoni large quatro pizza from this location via uber eats. We put special instructions for chicago style and we received a cheese pizza. We called in the store and spoke to the manger who works at night around 730pm and he was rude to the fact that he said he doesnt care if we put special instruction as he doesn’t see the special notes. . Manager quickly escalated the situation and then told us that if we want chicago style we would have to order again and pick it up. Wth

First if the staff has no way to see notes then there will always be a disconnect.

I went there on Sunday night near to closing. There was only me (literally me!!!).

The Yonge kid who runs the store took my order. By the time of payment I asked for my receipt and he said he needs it to make the order. I said that’s fine just give to me when my order is ready.

When my order gets ready he could not find my receipt and he said “I throw it out”. I asked for reprint and he said he does not know to get it out of the machine.

He also missed my chicken wings and I have to wait another 10 minutes to make it. My order was only 2 pizza, 1 wing and 1 crazy bread.
