The last thing we wanted, when we went to pick our food, was verbal harassment from the owner. He was behind the counter while a lady was getting the food prepared. We had asked for sumac and butter and one extra utensils. This was our 4th order from this restaurant, through Uber Eats, in the last 10 days. The first day there was no utensils, sumac or butter which are absolutely necessary for the kabob dishes. We thought they forgot, therefore for our second order, we add special notes to say "please include butter and Sumac" For 3 Kebob meals they provided 2 small packets of sumac and one butter. For the third order the same issue. That is why for our forth order we decided to do an Uber pick up. While I was awaiting to pick up my order, the owner was closing the plastic bag when the lady said in Persian "wait, she's asked for extra utensils and sumac." please note a packet of Sumac is not even 10 cents. And butter and sumac is necessary to this dish. He responded to her in Persian saying "Ghalat kardeh. She always ask and I never put Sumac or butter." He was communicating in Persian and was assuming I don't understand. "Ghalat karde" in this context means "Screw her" or "F*&^ her" I was socked to have been exposed to such verbal harassments, especially when our littlest order was around $40 and this was our 4th in the last 10 days. I told him that his behavior was rude and unacceptable, not to mention reportable to Uber. He tried to deny it. I told him "even though I don't communicate to you in Persian, It doesn't mean I don't understand what you said. The lady quickly apologized for him however the damage was already done. I walked out and would never order from this restaurant EVER again. The owner was absolutely rude. He was also reported to Uber Eats. Uber Eats confirmed his behavior to be against uber's policies...

Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant called Top Kebab, and our experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how bright, spacious, and welcoming the atmosphere felt. The interior is very clean, well-organized, and modern, with plenty of comfortable tables to sit at, which makes it a great choice both for a quick meal and for spending more time with family or friends.

They were very polite, attentive, and eager to help, which made the ordering process easy and pleasant. What stood out most is the balance between delicious food and excellent service. Very often one can find tasty meals but not the same level of hospitality, or vice versa. At Top Kebab, both were equally impressive. We felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time, and the staff checked on us just enough without being intrusive.

Overall, we left with a very positive impression and will definitely be returning soon.
