I will say, there is a lot of variety they have there. Lots of dessert options such as, milkshakes, blizzards, donuts, waffles, different kinds of dips and they even have food too. The only thing I don’t like to be honest, is that the employees there don’t seem to be patient sometimes, including the current owner, I believe that he is. Sometimes, when I would order, they would ask me many times if I was ready but I would tell them just to wait a second, thank you, more or less. There used to be an owner before him, but the one time I was just looking through their public fridge that contains a full variety of different sweets. As I was browsing through, the guy was staring at me the entire time Trying his best customer service, but to be honest, I didn’t say anything as I didn’t wanna make things awkward even though that things were. I was pretty creeped out. Another time I came in and he was on the phone right in front of me. His personal phone, not the work phone. Mind you, I already knew what I wanted, and I made it noticeable about that. At the food side, where both him and I were standing, I asked specifically and very clearly, 3 pairs of buns, meaning three top buns and three bottom buns and a side of their signature sauce. Mind you, I do realize that this is a small business, but at the same time I found this to be outrageous because when I had asked him, I guess they didn’t have a Button on the POS system, But he didn’t clarify that, So, instead, he charge me the full price of a burger, which was about $9. JUST FOR 3 PAIRS OF BUNS. So I mentioned to him that Burger King the last time I went there they only charge me 54 cents for both a top and bottom bun. Major difference. Eventually, he accommodated a Little bit and charged me for only five bucks. When the buns were ready, He didn’t even wrap them and asked me if I wanted the sauce on the buns even when I specifically asked him to put it on the side and he was about to do it too. And then, eventually, when I mentioned about that, I just wanted the three pairs of the buns, He said, that I only asked for 1. Only 1. Which is is not what I said at all. And then, when I said that (The correction politely of course). He shook his head at me. Eventually, he charged me the five bucks and because the fact that they don’t typically do that, I gave him a pretty good tip and he didn’t really seem appreciative of it. And I went along on my way. Read moreMy family and I were excited to check this new place out but what an unpleasant experience it was. The staff need to be trained on customer service as well as other multiple other things. I walked in and it was understandable that there was another family in there but I didn’t feel welcomed at all, no hi, no I will be with you in a moment, no smile… nothing. I stood there for almost 10mins before the guy behind the counter even said a word to me. I was about to walk out but stuck it out for my daughter who really wanted a crepe.
Mind you there was a female staff just wandering around him acting busy and not even helping him out to speed things up. Than when it came to my turn, service was extremely slow. I didn’t even place a full order. Like I explained the first thing I wanted than he proceeded to making it than the second thing than the third, usually I would expect to place my full order than the staff would prepare it. Not only that but the crepe was frozen and he just heated it up in an warming oven! I can easily find these crepes at Costco.
Disappointment at its finest. And the milkshake I ordered was a bottle of a Caramilk drink mixed with Vanilla. These are all things I could’ve easily made at home. Completely lacking effort.

Read moreMy spouse and I went here for the first time so we were not very familiar, walked in and were not greeted at all, the worker just stood behind the counter and stared while we looked at the menu. I then ordered “2 scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough” and did clarify it a few times with the employee but the whole experience was very uncomfortable and confusing. The employee disappeared and then ended up giving me soft serve ice cream and dipped with a random dip that I didn’t even mention(I can’t even tell what the flavour was still). We then wanted to pay separately, my spouse had paid first and stated that he is just paying for his, I then went to pay and the employee just stared at me like deer in headlights and didn’t say anything while I was waiting to pay for mine, the employee had assumed we were paying together and did not communicate at all with us, just charged my spouse for both. very confusing and disappointing. My spouse’s scooped ice cream was also very small for the price. We often go out for ice cream but will most likely not return here.
