As someone who goes to Tim’s quite a bit when driving, this one is probably one of the worst I’ve been to.
Me and a friend went, placed online orders, and proceeded to sit inside. We were called up and said they were out of ham. Asked for a refund for it and they said we have to do it from the app. However, the app doesn’t allow refunds. I explained as such, as I’ve gone to other Tim Hortons and was given cash refunds when this stuff happens. I know stuff goes out of stock, but they proceeded to tell us that they didn’t serve ham there. Even though it’s on their menu.
Waited over 20 minutes for potato wedges and a drink. Staff were very rude, kept tossing us around to other staff members. It was very chaotic and unprofessional. And as someone who works in fast food, it was just abysmal to see.

We placed mobile orders and have now been waiting 30 minutes for my friend’s potato wedges alone. Their drink took 20 minutes and they weren’t even aware my friend had gotten a drink.
They advertised that they had the ham and cheddar sandwich, which I was then told they didn’t have. Upon learning this information I requested a refund and I was told to do it through the mobile app, which isn’t possible. Several other customers were told they couldn’t get things either. I understand not having something in stock, but it should not be advertised if they don’t carry it.

I’m not usually the person to leave a review, but I have dietary restrictions & I ordered my iced capp with almond milk, and a Smokey honey bacon farmers wrap WITH NO SAUCE. & the lady that took our order repeated it back to us, confirming it was with no sauce. & when I checked my wrap, it was entirely covered in sauce. Which means, I wasn’t able to eat what I ordered before going into work.
