So my wife and I wanted Subway for dinner and my wife went to Subway on Main Street in Chippewa ( Niagara Falls) and I always get my steak sub foot-long with all my toppings and tonight was no different. I get the same thing every time I go to Subway the first bite I took something didn’t taste right the second bite I took. I started puking my guts out the meat went sour and was mouldy when I contacted SUBWAY® the two employees there thought it was a big joke and wouldn’t do anything about it absolutely I highly suggest everyone boycott the subway in Chippewa as it’s ran by people who have a hard time speaking English and thought it was funny when I told them and they said there’s nothing we can do to help. It’s not our problem. Telling us they don't do refunds even though when we brought up the Official Subway Webside it states on there that if and when you order food from eaither thr store of app then please go to the location you ordered from for a refund. After pulling a set of teeth and having management called multiple times we were finally giving a refund. I'm not sure what kind of establishment refuses a refund especially a restaurant that poorly made your food and didn't follow any instructions. Imagine going to Subway and telling them what you want and them ignoring you and doing whatever they wanted. Messed up right? Right. And then them refusing a refund and telling you that they don't do refunds. Messed up right? Right. Never again will I step foot in a Subway or bite down on one of their $23 footloose. Read moreI had a very bad experience today. I remember previously when I went there with my fiancé, the service was usually fine. But today, I went in and immediately said what I want, then the two staffs were just like they‘re zoned out, and just stopped their motions, with no eye contact with me. They didn’t even bother asking me the follow-up question about what kind of bread I’d like to have. And there was this man came in after me, then the two staffs looked over to him and greeted him right away. And I was totally neglected aside. I’m glad that the man asked if I was there first, otherwise the two staffs were like they’re ready to take his order before mine. So in my mind I was like, hello ladies, what about me?
