My friend order 6pc donut and paid for it while I picked up order for Uber. The staff handed me ONE 6pc box (my friend's donut) and a paper bag. I asked if thats everything she said yes. I then assumed that everything for uber delivery is in the sealed bag. After that, my friend and I used the washroom. From washroom, i decided to order coffee and a bagel. While am doing that, my friend grabbed the ONE box and 1 bag the staff handed to me on his way out. When she gave me my bagel and coffee i said thanks and saw me left. After delivery, the customer called looking for her 6pc donut so i went back to Tims. The staff who served me told her supervisor (maybe) that i am back. She then came and told me i mess up the order. That the staff told her that she handed me TWO boxes and a bag and from washroom i grabbed the item and left which is a big lie coz i bought 2 coffee and bagel from washroom so i said we can check the security camera for her to see the sequence not just believe what her co-worker say to cover her mistake. She then said sorry hun u messed up and i dont want to listen then turn her back. I was embarrased by people at the dining but what saddened me is the customer left me a bad review that affected my rating really big time. Just 3 months as uber driver and reached high rating quickly especificaly of friendly service and i am like that naturaly so this has big impact to me. I dont understand how that staff lied and acting like nothing happened.

We said yes and we were just deciding what to get. So I, being rushed into buying food got up and bought a strawberry creamy chill and a bagel, which was around $7.50. Read moreSuper disappointed with my experience this morning. I tried to use a coupon on the Tim’s app for buy 2 iced lattes and get 20% off. The app clearly states that iced caramel lattes are eligible. The staff member entered my order and scanned the coupon, but it didn’t work. She said sometimes it “takes a minute,” so she made the drinks and tried again, still nothing.
Instead of honoring the deal or getting a supervisor involved, I was told “there’s nothing that can be done” and to contact head office. When I explained I wouldn’t purchase unless the coupon was applied (since it clearly showed as eligible), she took the coffees, hid them behind the counter, and dismissed me.
