My wife and I dropped in for a coffee and pastry about a week ago and discovered the many different birthday cakes that Stacey has in her repertoire, several of which had been captured in paintings that were hanging on a wall. Our daughter's birthday was fast approaching and we ordered one that was featured in one of the paintings. It was every bit as decadent on the inside as it was stunning on the outside. We drive past here everyday and finally stopped in to see what it was all about. We took a slice of carrot cake, slice of cookies and cream cake, a lemon bar and a s'mores bar to go. We just tried the cake slices and they are absolutely delicious! The depth of flavours in the cakes and balance of sweetness with the icing was amazing.
