Can not speak about the food, waited for 5-10 min at the window while 2 people cooked and 2 people chatted in the front of the truck. No one acknowledged me at any time and said hi or please wait. When someone finally came to the cash she still ignored me. It was not until I walked away that she finally greeted me. Not worth my time for such terrible service. Went to big smoke and was greeted instantly. (Edit in response to owner, I was not upset until I waited for ten min without any acknowledgment, your staff gave the zero tolerance comment after I had already been patiently waiting for quite some time while she was chatting with I’m presuming yourself and then continued to ignore me as she was doing something else at the cash) all someone needed to do was say hello, we’ll be with you shortly. Fresh cut fries, WITH the delicious and nutritious potato skin still on!!! Yahoooo!!! There was a minor problem with my order, which Sherry was happy to correct. She also asked how the Philly cheese steak was, which was really considerate and showed "next level" customer service. The sandwich was great, by the way! They have buzz tags that go off when your order is ready, which was nice as it allowed more time for lounging around on the comfy adirondack patio.

For $25 I got a small little plate of the most burnt and salty fries you have ever seen (weren't even edible) and frozen breaded chicken cutlets would would buy at a no name grocery store. It was absolutely disgusting! My bf got lobster poutine that was 3x the size with huge chunks on lobster and it was From the food truck right beside it. Don't waste your time with this place. Go next door to the red and black plaid food truck! It is 1000x better...
