Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake

Hi respected owner, I got a chance to meet your manager here at 1:42 on 23rd September. Have a look to video too hows your manager is effecting your sales. She was being so racist first second I am attaching pictures how she gave me drinks wiyhout marking lids when i asked hee can she mark those she denied and replied we just serve like that i asked for a manager on duty she replied i am manager i asked for her name she replied i dont want to tell, she wasn’t even wearing any name tag I asked for ice in water she said i cant give any ice for free in water beside my 3 drinks for $10 also she didn’t even fill my cup till top for my $5.50 Ice latte as you can see in picture, I mentioned her I am a manager at tim hortons too and this doesn’t happen at any other time hortons and she just ignored, and she said i cant fill it because its with less ice and she just simply asked me to take refund, as a store manager for 3 years at tims I have never interacwith anyone like this before but you have someone here who doesn’t deserve a job, I would request you to take a strict action and get your staff atleast know how to talk to your guests. Such a worst experience...

The store was a pig mess food and sticky stuff all over the floors at front of house. The hood range in the cooking area looked like it was coverd in grease and hadn't been cleaned in some time. The floor behind the counter was covered in dropped food garbag and spilled something it was hard to tell it all sort of blended The display case was full of Flys in the case and on the food . The service was as slow as can be . I guess spending time chatting in your own language is more important then serving customers. The store is completely staffed wth new Canadians who barely speak English and seams to have the piss poor attitude when you correct them on your order its an inconvenience thats after you have to repeat it 4 and 5 times. Tims really needs to get is act together between its over priced chemically nasty tasting food and the coffee that well the army has better coffee. Starting to remind me of the old vending machine gas station coffee. They best thing that could happen is Duncan Doughnuts makes a come back or Country style maks a boom again or bring back the original Doughnut Diner. How is it in the 90s and early 2000s Tims was ok sarcastically...

Went there yesterday for lunch, ordered 2 buffalo wraps and these wraps supposed to be without bacon. I saw a crew member putting bacon in them. When they handover I told the girl that it’s with bacon and I can have bacon at all due to religious beliefs. Firstly she denied then later when she asked the boy who makes the wraps he admits. Then no apology by ANYBODY. Even they did let me know like what they are doing.. is there wait on wraps or making new..NOTHING AT all. What happened next was shocking, they unwrap the food and took the bacon and wrap them again like new. I was watching everything along with some others customers. The girl whom I informed about bacon she saw me, she went to the boy ( who did all this) and said in Punjabi (I can understand this language too) language “she is watching you put them on side and make new ones”.

What if no one watching them ? They gonna serve those wraps to me as it is. They did not trash them , just kept on the side. Maybe being served to someone else. No professional, no polite staff. I think at this location nobody knows that there’s something called apology word exists. Be careful if anybody going to...
