I had the pleasure of dining at White Oaks Play Bar and Grill recently and I must say, the service provided by Emily was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home.

We celebrated my Mom’s Birthday on the patio and the staff were phenomenal from the upbeat Greeter at the Hotel/Spa entrance to Mackenzie, our Server, and of course shout out to the kitchen and bar ……

……. Crispy Ravioli was done to perfection, Health Nut salad full size portion was so generous will be enjoyed again for lunch tomorrow, Classic Club Sandwich and Fish Tacos did not disappoint. Strawberry Mango Marguerita was amazing.

Really impressed by the number of delicious choices and especially the gluten free options on the menu.

After we were seated we asked to move to a table with more shade - no problem at all. And our guest of honour was really hoping for ice cream for dessert, which wasn’t on the dessert menu but Mackenzie made it happen. Chocolate syrup? Yes, of course. Garnished beautifully with a fresh, ripe, strawberry.

After a previous pandemic birthday where we shopped for the wine, made apps, picked up takeout, arranged table decor and cleanup, etc we appreciate how much we rely on hospitality professionals to make special occasions so...
