Firstly, we came into the bar and we weren't greeted or anything, About 2-3 tables were vacant but none were clean. Only 1 server and 1 bartender on shift in the bar area, after a few minutes of standing around without acknowledgement of our existence I had to ask the guy behind the bar if one of the dirty tables were available he answered "I'm not sure if they're still here".. Hmm, ok. And he proceeded to do what he was doing. I understand they were busy but as a person who has been in the customer service industry for years, acknowledgement goes a long way.
I'm not sure if he mentioned clearing the tables for us to his co-worker but the server just continued to serve other people without acknowledging us for probably more than 5 minutes, it was pretty awkward.. especially since the server was walking right in front of us. By this time we have been at the restaurant for probably almost 10 minutes, WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I would've walked out but this is one of the few places that are actually open late in town and I specifically chose this place as I used to have great experience from this location.
Long story short,from then on. I had to ask them if we could sit ourselves anywhere. I HAD TO INITIATE TO BE SERVED, PRETTY MUCH HAD TO DO WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE OTHERWISE, I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG WE WOULD'VE BEEN LEFT STANDING THERE.
THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING & FIX THE STAFFING ISSUE.

Read moreOriginally I’m from Calgary and I expect quality service. I have never had such a hard time dealing with staff- I had to explain how to in put bugs and cheese adult size that I have ordered multiple times in the past. It felt like they had no understanding. I contacted another BPS and provided them instructions how to input it- they wouldn’t they told me to just do it online. I called for reason. I never ended up getting what I got- nor did they call me to say sorry, that won’t actually work when they told me to do it online. But okay.. I would just prefer to head back to USA for quality customer service that I actually look forward to.
Secondly, my spinach dip with bread was crisp that you could barely bite through it. It was so bad that my 3 year old said, “this is gross” and she eats everything. It was terrible.
Thirdly, when I ordered the delivery driver called to confirm my address when I have already written down. No need to confirm and also I told you I paid for it- and have receipt. Don’t try to demand me to pay again. You should know it’s paid for.
The pasta Alfredo the sauce was absorbed and bland that none of my kids wanted to eat it.
In the end- there’s no way I would eat this. The garbage can enjoyed the meal.

Read moreI cannot give more than one star for our recent visit to this establishment. We were there yesterday at 2pm for lunch. The restaurant and lounge were almost empty. We ordered food for 4 people and 3 of the meals were far below satisfactory. The burgers were dry, the buns were dry. They forgot to add bacon to both of the the orders. There was a very small amount of sauce on all of the orders which we had to ask for more to be brought out. Everything came out luke warm or cold. The cactus cut chips were cold and soggy. They redid the chips and brought out some bacon for us which took an additional 15 mins. The only saving grace was they offered to take 50% off the price of our meals. I still don't feel the food was worth that. It might have been better if the manager had taken the time to come see us and hear our objections.
