Overall expirence was 7.5/10. Initially took over 5 minutes to get seated in a nearly empty restaurant. I know it wasn't from the host checking on customers because once we were seated we never saw him again. He was pleasant and dressed well so he gets a 5/10. Our waitress was nice to talk to, funny and had a great smile but when a customer comes in on a hot day and says "you can't possibly bring me enough ice water" I would suggest checking on him every few minutes. A simple walk by but again once seated we didn't see our waitress again until our food was ready. Waitress gets a 6/10. Our food was amazing. Fish and chips for the missus and a burger for me. The burger was thick,well cook, tasted great and was priced right were I'd expect it to be. Fish and chips again were priced right,big piece of fish, and was cooked perfectly. The side tartar sauce wasnt good and thats only reason the food foesnt get a 10. Food gets 9.5/10. The restaurant is nice and clean, music is played at a volume loud enough to hear and quiet enough to talk over without strain. Decoration are nice but the main symbol of the area, a gold eagle is partially hidden by a ceiling decoration. 1 negative was the dirty dishes at other tabkes not being cleaned quickly. There were 2 tables in our section that had dishes on them fir our entire meal. Again it wasnt busy. I counted 30 people in the place amd thry had 3 servers, the host and a bartender on staff. Restaurant gets an 8.5/10. Overall a pretty good night. A little more attention to the customer attention and faster response to cleaning tables would make this a regular stop on our visits to...

I always eat in this restaurant. It has always been good, until today. I was actually held back that food wasn't perfect today. I ordered Steak 'n Eggs. I like my steak to be medium rare or medium, but I got a well done steak. I didn't whine about it, because I totally understood how busy they were, plus the eggs were cooked just the way I like it (over hard - and I always tell them, as in really toasted hard, I know that's weird, but I love the crunch) and they always managed to do it perfectly for me😊. The sweet potato fries were seasoned to perfection, too. When I was asked how's my food, I made them aware that everything was great but the steak is overly done to my liking but it's fine. She immediately apologized. And I HAVE TO SAY, TAYLOR, is by far, the BEST server I have ever met. 1st time going to Kihiw Restaurant in North Battleford. Overall it was good! 3/5 stars.

Went there with family before a concert at the Dekker Centre, I had the Applewood Smoked Tomahawk Porkchop with Veggies and Onion Rings. The food was okay, I didn't taste the Applewood Smoked or the sweet apple butter. The person I was with ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad. When the salad came it was missing the chicken and the salad was too salty.

It felt like there was a lack of servers in the restaurant, as our server didn't come over to check up on us, we had to flag down another staff member to take away the chicken salad and take it off our bill. Or the server was on the other side of the restaurant helping another table.
