A&W Canada — Restaurant in North Battleford

The railway ave A&W has been so great the 5 out of 5 times (average so far) I have gone there. I ask for well done sausage and egger, well done bacon and egger, unseeded bun, and it comes out perfect every time. The saskatoon locations I went to doesn't do well done every time, or they forget and give me a SEEDED bun. 8 out of 10 times I went to 100th street A&W they gave me what I ordered, but that 2 out of 10? I got a seeded bun, I got chewy bacon and a cooked but not well done sausage. Compared to other fast food, I love A&W CRISPY well done bacon or sausage. I'm also allergic to sesame. That could make me very sick. I now go out of my way to go to railway Ave A & W because they get my order right 100% of the time so far. The staff are so nice. This A&W was absolutely horrible. Service was slow. They had a someone working the front when it was their first day. Long line and with two registers only one was open. Most of the tables were filled with garbage and there was not a single employee going around to clean up. They argued with a customer about the order when the customer was correct about the cashiers screw up. The food was mildly warm and just left a bad taste in my mouth. This place is an absolute joke and I want others to stay clear of it. Dont waste your time waiting in a line to get bad customer service and practically eat cold food in a dirty...

Worst ever experience. Ordered 2 breakfast. Both sausage and one dry white one buttered white. Came out bacon and both buttered. I told the waitress I ordered sausage and one with dry white. My elderly friend who is diabetic has already put jam on his dry toast. They took both away and returned 10 min later with new meals they said. All they did is swap out my buttered toast with dry. Removed the bacon and now we had cold eggs. Cold hashbrows and now I had dry toast and he still had the original toast with jam on his. I will never go back and will tell everyone...
