Each time we go in, there is some kind of an issue and it is getting really tiring. It used to be 8/10 we would come in and things were correct and it was a pleasant experience which is fine and expected, now it is 1.5/10 which is unacceptable but these employees here think it is okay and funny. There is this one guy that is at the Beverly location, he takes our order most of the time and conveniently every time we are missing items from our order, cream was forgotten so we can burn our mouths first thing in the morning or something is made wrong, he is there. He does not focus on our order as we can hear through the speaker people laughing and it seems like he is always paying attention to something or someone else and our order is continuously wrong and it is getting upsetting. We stopped going for a month awhile back and sure enough, our order was messed up when we gave it another shot. Having to come back around or come inside to get things is not a problem until it is every single day and we waste our gas waiting back in line, that is not what drive thru's are meant to be. Group of regulars outside knew exactly who I was talking about without having to describe him as well as my coworkers across town knew too, a problem pattern is forming when several people know who it is off of one sentence.
Management sees every single customer that has feedback as a problem and defends the employees poor work performance and service instead of correcting him so he can get to a place where he can independently do things without making mistakes on every single order and hopefully feel more confident. He is a nice guy but his work performance needs a lot of support, I do not understand how management can't see that... Told an employee as the manager was busy next to him and word for word, he said "Ok well I didn't take the order so" super rudely right in front of her at night, what happened to standards and customer service? It is sad that she allowed that kind of service from an employee, did not intervene and gave us a nasty look. Not one of them represented Tim Hortons in a good way and it is super disappointing. You guys need to work on accepting feedback, I have been coming in for a year and half with this stuff happening consistently and did not speak up until a couple weeks back and was greeted rudely and can feel no one there gives an ounce of care so that tells me the morale must be awful and there is a problem internally. People suck. This should not be falling onto us as customers.
Shoutout to that girl with curly red/brownish hair (Lauren I think?) and that little blonde dude, they are awesome every single time and honestly the only reason I come back is because they have good service and I hope they are...
Read moreTime: A little slow for Tim Hortons, but not long. Guess I've been spoiled by their usually fast service. (3/5)
Food Quality: Donuts were fine, not fresh but definitely not stale. Bagels were cooked okay on the outside but very undercooked on the inside, pretty uneven. I don't think I've ever gotten less cream cheese at a Tim Horton's in my life, very dissapointing. (1/5)
Staff: Robotic as usual but I think I would be too working at a Tim Hortons for minimum wage so I can't blame them. (3/5)
Price: Don't feel I got what I payed for but it's cheaper than all other options. (2/5)
I don't feel like the rest needs to be rated cause it's a Tim Hortons. Hopefully you're not there for your honeymoon.
Overall - (2/5): Sad to see they're following most other Tim Hortons in tanking in quality. They used to be the best fast breakfast option in Canada. The bagels were enough to make me wait til I had data on my phone and leave a poor review while I'm in the middle of a vacation. Only got 2 stars because it's a cheap option staffed by minimum wage employees, the food itself could have warranted a 0 star if that...
Read moreDrive through roadway covered in broken glass. Could hear it crunching and breaking under my tires as I exited. Pulled off to the side to inspect my tires and saw a big chunk taken out of my drivers front tire. I went in and asked for management to inform them that there drive through was unsafe and damaging peoples vehicles. Was informed no management was on sight and directed to a "supervisor". Supervisor essentially laughed off the information. It wasn't until i got a little firmer with my protest that she wrangled a staff member to investigate and clean up the glass. vehicle after vehicle was being pushed through the drivethrough. I cant even bear a guess as to the dollar value of the damage done to customers cars. I know im out around $300 to replace mine as we are in Winter tire season on the Island and quality snow tires are not cheap. Down side as well is no tire shops are open on a sunday so i cant have mine checked out...
