Wendy's — Restaurant in North Grenville

The staff and the management act like they hate their life and don't want to be there. The slow & careless service from most of the staff was overwhelming... especially for a place that isn't even open for 8 hours a day... how do you act that exhausted for a 4 hour service shift? the staff and management are pretty bottom of the barrel. The female manager was being rude to her staff members and one of the customers while I was in there. Very undertrained and inexperienced I'd assume. Due to the lack of experienced kitchen staff and managers. The service is very slow and unorganized, especially during "supper". The food is Inconsistent ( too much sauce / not enough sauce on the same item) I was told a burger didn't come with ketchup when I asked for no ketchup and mayo. Of course it came with ketchup. The buns are easily the worst buns I've ever seen at any fast food franchise. They are served similar to soggy paper that just falls apart. I don't know who hired all these people but I've never seen an owner here to help out, and I've never seen anyone who looked like they were actually experienced who could guide the kitchen in a positive successful way. It seems like they all just watched some training videos and were just dropped into the job. The older lady serving the food and taking orders, kept having to be told to wash her hands after touching her face or something and that delayed everything as well. Summary- From the food to the drinks, it's very overpriced here especially for what you're getting. And expect a long wait while you watch the improperly trained, depressed and unorganized kitchen staff slug around trying to prepare inconsistent and soggy food.

Food is good. The staff and the manager are amazing and helpful. The Dave single is big and tasty. It has lots of fresh lettuce and tomato. The chili here is the best. If you have take away make sure they fill up the container with chili. A couple times it’s just half full. There are inside and outside seating. The outside is right by the parking lot and it’s nice when it’s sunny. The inside has tall tables, big tall benches and regular tables. The soda machine is good. You can select on diet and non diet and different cola, sprite, lemonade, orange etc. they have every possible combination of drinks. The crew work hard. Very efficient. We get our food very fast. Always return. Always came here. Love...

Food took 13 minutes to be prepared from cashout to recieving my food,there was only 1 order ahead of mine. While standing inside waiting for 3 junior bacon cheese burgers and coffee it was clearly visible The kitchen was not organized nor were following the orders as they were up on the screen. They need more staff and a better understanding that this is fast food, trying to bounce between drive thu and in-store orders was not happening correctly,orders were getting screwed up between the 2. I finally got the food the meat on burgers was like they were sitting for awhile and hard. Maybe they need to learn from The Wendy's in ottawa bank street south always consistant with food and speedy...
