I didn't have the best service tonight, unfortunately. Pulled up to the window to pay, and the young man working the drive thru asked me to pull ahead. I said why? There isn't anyone behind me. Can't I just wait here? He said my order would only take three minutes, and if I didn't pull up, he would get in trouble. I said, "That's ok. I'll just wait here if it's only going to be three minutes." He said I need you to pull up, or I'll get in trouble, and I said no, I'm going to wait right here." Someone comes into the drive thru a moment later and this young man comes straight to the window (before taking the next person's order) to tell me I needed to pull up because there is a new customer. I said, "That's fine. You can take that man's order." Again, this young man said he would get in trouble if I didn't pull up. I assured him he wasn't going to get in trouble and that his supervisor could come talk to me if it was that big of an issue. Sure enough, just as the person behind me was pulling up, they were handing me my order. I don't come here often, but it seems each time i do, they are telling me to pull up when there isn't a single person behind me. It does not make sense to me.The food was good despite the bad...
Read moreWent to enjoy dinner with my family here - the bill would have been just over $60, however I encountered the most disgusting customer service I have ever come across here and left without eating.
When a customer asks why kitchen staff are not wearing gloves while handling all sorts of different things (buns, raw and cooked meat, plastic bags etc.) the supervisor in charge should not be rude to that customer, especially when there are food allergies/sensitivities present in the order.
My father has a severe food allergy, and my partner is a vegetarian, meaning that they have the RIGHT to properly cooked and handled food (just like everyone else does...) but when asked about the handling of the food, the supervisor just said “oh well” and told us to get over it - completely ignoring the reasons as to why he was being asked to ensure that his staff were working properly and in accordance with health and safety standards.
Maybe next time mohawk (the supervisor) and red head (the cook) will be more understanding that there are food allergies that could directly affect their customers, and that showing disrespect to said customers is not...
Read moreDisgusting. I went there on Friday and saw the most nasty thing ever. The nasty blonde lady that takes drive through orders was making a sandwich for the man who ordered his food.... She makes that sandwich then slapped her coworker with it , yes as a "joke" then placed the same sandwich in the heater or grill thing then served it to the customer as if nothing has happened. Man who has ordered that sandwich I feel bad for you. By the way that nasty blonde lady looked at me then placed the sandwich in the grill thing. Me and my friend could not believe what we saw. Leaving out the disgusting dusty sealing. And oh man they touch the top of the cups without gloves. Dude who did that you are disgusting because you touched those cups after itching your head and after fixing your pants ..... and please remember we are still in the pandemic. So I honestly don't recommend anyone to go there unless they get those things fixed. Good luck to...
