Ordered an everything bagel, none in stock, ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, none in stock. They said only plain or 12 Grain. ( was bagel maker out of order or? 2.30 pm!!!). I also ordered 2 spice muffins, you can see pic of one of them. Ordered a chicken wrap and medium frozen lemonade. I patiently waited off to the side. The lady behind me ordered a chocolate donut. She received a strawberry and mentioned to the cashier her mistake. Cashier said “ you said strawberry - customer said, no I didn’t. Cashier said, “YES YOU DID”. I heard what customer ordered. It was chocolate. 2 orders later, I received my food order, no frozen lemonade. I approached cashier, “can I have my frozen lemonade? She said “I made it”. She made one and as she handed it to me stated curtly “I made it and put it on the counter”. “ Someone probably took it”. I said, “no you did not”. Again, in her abrupt tone stated “YES I DID”. Put it down and walked away. What is going on g on in this store? Help me understand where a salesperson gets off talking to a paying customer like this?!?

More often than not I go through this drive through and order a steeped tea double double and get coffee. Today I got what tastes like somebody started pouring coffee into the cup, realized half way through it’s supposed to be tea and switched half way through. The customer service at the window is AWFUL, Danica at the window had minimal interaction with us. And just shoved the tray out the window and closed it again before i could ask for the tea to be corrected. More concerned about keeping their drive thru times down then making sure their customers have what they need.

Visit on May 25, 2019 : Convenient location near the intersection of Main Street & Mitchell Road (Count Roads 86 and 23). Would suggest that should this location be overly busy, you may be well served, if heading that way, to hit the location of Wallace Ave (County 23) on the North Side of Town which is not far removed from this location. Same decent quality of beverages and nibbles one may expect from any other Tim Horton locations. Staff are great.

Absolutely horrendous Tim Hortons. There was one other car in front of me in the drive thru when I pulled in (they were already up at the service window). Not even a "Hi" or "Welcome to Tim Hortons" just an abrupt "what would you like?" So I ordered my coffee and a donut and had to repeat myself several times. I then pulled through and watched the guy in front of me finally get his coffee (was still waiting there after all the time it took me to order) and then we both proceeded to wait for 4 minutes for whatever else he had ordered until he finally peeled off and parked to go INSIDE because he was waiting for something and the staff at the window weren't coming back. When I pulled up I waited for another 3 minutes myself (not exaggerating) before even being acknowledged, I watched my coffee and donut bag get placed in front of the service window but then all of the staff just walked away. I even watched a few standing around. So I waited... and waited... and waited... finally a woman came to the window and shoved the POS machine at me (again no 'Hi', no nothing) and then handed me my coffee and donut and shut the window. Brutal.

I'm not sure WHY I was so shocked that my coffee was old and stale and tasted like bitter cream water, and my doughnut tasted like it was literally rolled in soap, I couldn't even eat it.

I understand working on a Saturday at 6pm sucks...

This afternoon, October 14, 2024, we stopped by this store on our way back home. We arrived at approximately 12:45 p.m.. Waited in line to order for a couple minutes (not unusual). Ordered 2 small Frech Vanilla Capachinos, one medium double double, a beef and cheddar, a ham and cheddar and a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. This us where things fell apart. Did not receive my order until until 1:05 !!! When I returned to my vehicle, I opened the ham and cheddar to find the bun not toasted but burnt - black !! Went back in to complain about my sandwich to which the response was "we're out of buns, would you like it on a croissont or bagel" ? Really ??? Took the croissant option and waited for another 5 minutes. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this Tim's again ! Oh, by the way, the drive thru orders received their orders without an issue. At one point I counted I counted 11 drive thru orders before one inside order was completed. 2 customers ahead of me were also angry, the one ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter and the other ordered 2 soups. They too waited over 15 minutes ! This is not good customer service and certainly not to Corporate standards. I will be reporting this to corporate as well, if they still care. I just regret not taking a photo of bt ham and cheddar on a charcoal...

Drive through on way to Owen Sound. (They could have got me on the way back...but this is a one try only Tims for me.)

Tims has to stop hiring Teens that know ZERO about attitude and customer service.

The young girl on Sunday was as dry as my BLT. And why can't Tims cut the sandwiches in half, all the way through, for drive through orders? It's not like we're eating as we go... and give customers bloody napkins....???

Extra large steep Tea was piping hot, and it shouldn't have been; 4 cream, 2 sweetner, sandwich, dripped its guts all over my shirt, and no napkin to wipe up the mess, and 10 Timbits..not hard to screw that up. But can and was by the mechanical teen with no voice that can't be pleasant, or has no ability to VOCALLY appreciate customers with a "Thank you"..(Under my breath mocking her, for helping me get paid, or for coming to this Tims, where I'm lucky enough to be employed.)

Of course I won't be back. Don't waste your time at this place, just drive yourself over to the grocery store, buy your own bread, meat, and lettuce. Make your own sandwich and thank yourself for your own customer service. Don't forget...
