Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Perth

All the tables were not clean and they didn't clean one for us at any point. . Food scraps all over, on all the empty tables. The order came to $60 for a dinner for 4 ppl. Not one meal was correct. They doubled the expensive items like 2x quesadillas in one meal?? and forgot about 5 cheap tacos throughout the entire other 3 meals . When they came out, they were incorrectly made...they then argued with usand then continued to not get it correct 3x.. My kid clearly said...just meat cheese and sour cream , they couldn't comprehend this and sent out tacos 3x 1st wrong shells he wanted (and paid) for Dorito hard shells. 2nd time they came with lettuce, then 3rd time with tomato, and he only ordered one of these but got 2... every time . And they took back the wrong tacos 😂 tossing 6 tacos out ... About 20 cars made it threw the drive threw after we ordered at the counter but before ! ...we got our food. So drive threw if you go but check the order. As for the food it was typical taco bell. Not bad not good. This is likely only because they have new equipment and trainers on duty. Expect it...

Awful… just awful is all I can say. We love toco bell as a fast food option , and understand that it generally is not the fastest option… but this location has hit an all time high in tardiness. We stood in line for fifteen minutes with three young men ahead of us. There was a paramedic behind us as well. After 15 minutes without a person coming to the counter, the medic along with us, left. Crazy that the young lady working made eye contact but did not leave the drive thru window. My son decided to stay, as he too loves toco bell, until another ten minutes passed.. the young lady finally gave the counter the time of day… just to tell them that their order would be 25-30 minutes. Again, let me once again paint the picture,,, there was no one in the restaurant except the ones ordering. Shame on you toco bell Listowel, you can, and should do better. Truly...

Most of the extensive menu is not listed in the store. So it was hard to make choices. Store looks big outside, but inside very small dine-in area, and few spots were taken by employees on brake. Also, for whatever reason, the app don't have this location. Keeps sending to Waterloo, it must be a common issue as few people were in the store looking for their "pickup order" and it was not here, it was in Waterloo location on Weber street. That is big disappointment especially after is paid already. This ISSUE should be addressed quickly, or people will not return. The food was great, fast, and well priced. but at the drink station, no napkins and the fountain machine makes everyone spill and overfill their drinks, maybe needs to be adjusted better.
